Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

In a nice quiet part of Ipsos and just a short stroll to the beach and restaurants.

The AC wasn’t the best made some nights difficult but was overall okay

Lot of noise during night from road and partying young people that are going to another apartments and a bit inconvenient path to the beach especially with young kids.
Very nice,clean apartments with a great pool area and garden. All rooms had AC and were equipped with things you need during your stay with family. Hosts were also very friendly and helpful. If I would return to Ipsos, I would go to Ilias Apartments as this saved our vacation.

Biting fishes on the beach, especially on Ypssos. I think it's sea bream, but not sure. But no worries, some people use it on wellness center for high price so consider as a bonus :))). - it really doesn't hurt, just first few moments of contact are surprising.
The accommodation was perfect. Absolutely fantastic pool, everyday cleaned, area around is very nice, hosts take very good care of the place. There is chess, table tennis, softball, lot of other things to do. Ypssos is nearby and 3 min's walk. So Illias is sort of paradise in the midst of crazy rush in the Ypssos. Traffic is very busy, but one gets around easily - recommended beaches around Nissaki, Agios Georgios, and Barbati is perfect. Definitely worth to come back to Illias.

The shower was a bit small.
The apartments are extremely well managed with owners on site all the time. Lovely gardens and great pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very modern and comfortable. Cleaned regularly and bedding and towels changed frequently.

Lovely location within walking distance to shops and bars. Apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Joti and George are lovely and welcoming.

Was a little bit loud at night while everyone were coming back from bars, so couldn't really open the window, although the weather was incredible. But there is an AC at the room so its not much of a problem.
The place was incredibly clean and hosts were really sweet and helping! Apartments are close to the beach area either to all of the bars and restaurants in Ipsos. 15 km away from Paleokastritsa with breathtaking views on the sea and about 20 mins to the airport by car.

Quiet location easy to travel from. Has 2 great restaurants in the street and walking distance to the local strip of shops. Didn't need air-conditioning as it was always cool once you open the balcony door. Has kitchenette, great pool. Realy welcoming hosts. George and Yota were wonderful and engaging. Always there to help. Thanks soo much

The hosts George and jota were brilliant couldn't do enough for us .local info they gave us was invaluable i.e bars restaurant buses and shops.

The furniture is somehow outdated and the bathroom was too tiny for my preferences, but on the other side the whole apartment is really clean.
The hosts are really friendly and kind, available to help, suggest or simply have a chat. The pool is a plus, we enjoyed it a lot after a day at the beach, to relax with fresh water and silence. There's a convenient park for free, which is great if you have a car. Despite being very silent and calm, the position is really close to Ipsos seashore, that you can reach by foot also. The apartment is very clean, and I appreciated a lot the fresh smell of the towels.

The location was good and very close to the beach but also very close to the road. If you open window you will be not able to sleep because of car and motorbike's noise. Also it was bad luck for us but there was too noisy guest who was speaking and laughing loudly at the balcony almost until morning.
It was pretty clean and room was big enough. Staff were very kind and helpful. Facility was very well equipped and comfortable.

The hotplate wasn’t really functional. It took very long to boil water.
The property is very clean and in a calm street but still in walking distance from the center. The pool is very nice and the owners are happy to help when there is an issue.
