Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Polandthe shower doesn't have a curtain and when you take a shower you make a little lake in the bathroom. the desk should be a little wider than you can fit your laptop on
I stayed in this hotel for five nights, I found the hotel very welcoming, the staff was very kind and the rooms were always clean with air conditioning. It's an excellent value for money, the hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the metro station which I calculated takes you to the main square in ten minutes.I've read several reviews about the hotel'lication being full of migrants, etc., but I have to say I've never been bothered, even when I returned late at night.Less than 10 minutes away is a fantastic place to eat good Greek food: Fokionos Negri.

United KingdomBathroom has a window to the bedroom, so it's awkward if you were sharing. Bedside light didn't work. TV remote worked and then stopped, tried new remotes from reception, but nothing. Man was very helpful though.
Great room. Fridge, air con, wardrobe. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff.

CanadaINOH Hotel is a very pleasant hotel - clean, bright, large rooms, friendly staff and a very nice breakfast. There is lots of art in the hotel, which makes it interesting. It is close to the metro station and also to a nice park with a children's playground and a very nice cafe. We had a bright, corner room with a nice balcony. The bathroom was large and comfortable. Occasionally, the noise from the street was a bit loud, but the staff dealt with that quickly. A very nice place to spend a few days

GermanyThe balcony was tiny and not really usable; the so-called "desk" was actually little more than a shelf; at night it was fairly loud due to noise from the street and occasionally from other guests.
A good hotel with a very fair price for the relatively central location – everything is easy to reach by bus or metro or alternatively by taxi. My room was large enough with modern furniture. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of different options and also some variation from day to day. The staff was competent and friendly; check-in after midnight and check-out early in the morning weren't any problem.

RomaniaThe fact that the AC comes through the ceiling directly on your face.
The hospitality and care from the stuff, especially the reception and room service. They helped me a lot in every acommodation aspect and the breakfast there is quite cheap and a diverse buffet. I also had the luck to meet one of the receiver, who was also a citizen born in my homeland, so the communication was quite easy on his shift.

United StatesI would have loved a thicker blanket! I didn't ask so if you need some extra weight on you to sleep, inquire at the front desk.
So nice to have the 24/7 info desk. I was stressed about having to check in at 4 a.m. but it worked out (I just bought an extra night). Good AC!

United Statesthe location was like little Mogadishu, Somalia. Tons of Africans and doesn't feel like real Greece. Maybe a bit shady at night. Not a fan of all the migrants hanging around.

PolandWifi was a bit rusty, too many networks to connect to, router coverage too small for either;) Other than that, tip-top:)
Balcony was there (unexpected), fridge as well, huge and really spacious bathroom, A/C working fine, perfect for business trip or a short city break.
