Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomLittle bit remote We found two nice cafe restaurants nearby but the rest were located on the main road.

United Arab EmiratesThe pillows could be better, but after a few days you get used to.
The family running the place was incredible, super attentive, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was homemade, wholesome and full of delicious local delights. The pool was a refreshing and relaxing space after a full day on the beach. The location is perfect for touring around the island, up to 30-45mins away from every great spot, even less to Gouvia or Corfu capital.

United KingdomThe minor points were checking in was a bit of a mission (reception shut and I had to make a lot of noise) and the next morning the reception was shut for check out when it was advertised to be open (not a problem) I checked out at breakfast. The point which leads me to rate this lower than the 9/10 I would have given it was noise (whilst this is largely outside of the hotel's control some policy / notices are needed as to 'quiet times'). A party until after midnight outside a nearby room then loud shouting at 0700 (probably in response to the party) spoilt what would have been ideal.
Lovely staff (I'm guessing a family) with really nice rooms for the budget, the room was clean and parking easy. Beds were passable as was the breakfast. The A/C was decent and the pool looked great. A number of decent restaurants within a 10 min walk though it is more of a base for 'operations' than somewhere one would want to spend every day. There is a supermarket (mini) within a 2 min walk.

HungaryHowever, there was a lack of pillows (we got only one). Also the breakfast was very disappointing. It had very little selection of cereal, pastries, and eggs, and the fruits were not kept fresh.
We stayed in the economy room which was lovely, its was modern, clean, the beds were comfortable, we loved staying there.

United KingdomNot really the fault of the hotel, but the junction coming in and out onto the main road is quite challenging (on a bend and v busy), and the immediate vacinity isn't easily walkable (footpaths are a bit narrow). Although there are a couple of well stocked shops over the road and a bus stop nearby running into Corfu Old Town or the other direction towards Ipsos. You can also walk into Gouvia in about 15 mins. Taxis in Corfu are very expensive so either hire car or bus is your best option generally.
This is a lovely family run hotel which provides great personal service. Decent breakfast with a range of pastries, eggs, and fresh fruit. The room we stayed in (June 2025) was newly renovated and cleaned by room service daily. The pool is very nice, especially for a 3 star, and the grounds have really attractive well maintained gardens. Generally a very well designed hotel, immaculately clean throughout and quiet. Well located with some top class beaches nearby. Looked to be the best in the area for the price as far as we could see. Overall excellent VFM, we'd definitely stay again.

IrelandThe location is 35mins away from the Corfu Town but is accessible with a bus. The breakfast starts at 8:30am until 10am which we found a bit late for us who wake up early and starts the day early as well. Not that much places or restaurants to eat.
The place is nice and the same as how it was advertise. Room is spacious with a balcony that you can sit and just chill. The pool is well maintained.

PolandThe hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore corfu. This hotel was a great base point for each place we travelled too. Breakfast was nice. The stuff were brilliant! On one of our outings we unfortunately got our white shoes very dirty. The ladies provided us with everything we needed to make them brand new again, which we were very thankful for.

United KingdomThe shower took several minutes to heat up. There is a bus stop nearby with regular direct buses to Corfu Town, but it takes a relatively large amount of time to reach the town or other main attractions on the island.
Welcoming and accommodating staff, generous and tasty breakfasts, a nice pool, a quiet and peaceful environment with a bus stop and small supermarket nearby, and good internet speed.

IrelandBreakfast not good. Mostly cold food. No toast making facilities and scrambled eggs cold.
Lovely staff. Looked like a family run hotel. Very obliging and let me check in early. I was staying only one night so hard to judge if it would be good for longer. Plenty of room in the rooms.

FranceI had a generally pleasant stay, but there were a few issues that impacted my comfort. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and I found a spider along with mosquitoes in the room. Unfortunately, the mosquito repellent provided was empty, which made it less comfortable. Additionally, there was a small leak in the bedroom coming from beneath the cupboard. Despite these setbacks, the rest of the stay was quite enjoyable.

IrelandThe breakfast was a little disappointing. Poor selection of cereals and pastries. The biscuits were soft. They need to be kept in an airtight container to keep them fresh. The beds were too hard. And one of them was very squeaky (noisy) with any movement on it disrupting sleep.
The pool and surrounding area were lovely.

ItalyThere was a mix-up with the booking of our pick-up from the airport; but we could reach the hotel by taxi very easily.
The staff is friendly and ready to help you (they don’t speak English very well, but communication was effective anyway); the pool and the outdoor area are lovely, and our room was spacious and comfortable (and equipped with air conditioning, which was absolutely needed). It’s better to have a car in Corfu anyway, but the position enables you to visit some beaches and Corfu town even by public transport (or a short taxi ride).
