Super cute hotel with a lovely retro vibe and a cozy outdoor area for breakfast and dinner. The staff was warm and welcoming, and check-in came with a complimentary shot of local liquor – such a sweet touch. The location is perfect, walking distance to the waterfalls and the beautiful old town just behind the hotel. Dog-friendly, and we were given a convenient first-floor room. Only small downside was a staff recommendation that led us to a very touristy area instead of the much more charming old city nearby. Still, a great stay and totally worth the money.

It was perfect in every way

Absolutely lovely place- charming and the owners and everyone there were so kind, generous and helpful in every way. Very special place. Great location walkable to the park and waterfalls and downtown.

A wonderful and very well preserved historical building, a beautiful cosy room with all comforts, warm hospitality, a sumptuous and freshly prepared breakfast, welcoming and friendly hosts. Don't forget to buy some of their sweet liquor to bring home with you!

There was nothing we didn’t like. Room 3 doesn’t have a view, but the real bonus is the lovely courtyard garden for having a drink or relaxing. Perfect.

It’s a superb location close to the waterfalls in Edessa and it feels like staying in a private house. All the staff were super friendly and informative. They made us feel like guests. Certainly worth booking breakfast here. It’s gorgeous.

Nothing really.

We enjoyed our stay in Hagiati Guesthouse and Edessa very much. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and explained about Edessa giving us a map also and recommending where we could eat. We also had a welcome drink. The guesthouse furniture and details are really beautiful. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a very peaceful night. We parked in front of the accommodation. We also enjoyed an evening drink sitting in front of the guesthouse that was very pleasant.

Wonderful place, unique athmosphere and very nice staff. The breakfast and the service were wonderful. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Location is in the town center, very close to the waterfall and to nice restaurants. I would visit again for sure

The shower could use some maintenance

The hospitality of the people is fantastic, from check in to check out. Breakfast is a dream breakfast inside or out on their secluded terrace/garden.

Only small things. The rooms is on the smaller size, though enough. The show head was broken, though if you don’t mind hold the shower handle in your hand that’s ok. The sink is small- not enough room to place all the cleaning stuff.

A wonderful location. Nest to the waterfalls, the old town and tavernas. The house itself is very beautifully decorated. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast was tasty. In a summary- a wonder place!!

The mattress was a bit hard for me, if someone prefers soft ones maybe it’s important.

The owners keep the historical building in a great condition. You feel the atmosphere of the authentic old Edessa. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast for a reasonable price.
