The structure is just next the municipal garden and Guora Gate opening to the charming city centre. It’s a big nice hotel, with extra modern and cozy rooms, with air conditioning, fridge, balcony and separate shower. Lavish breakfast with all you may want (sweet and salty food), nice staff. I’d come back definitely.

    Happy with everything.

Well located hotel for exploring Rethimnon. Very helpful Reception in terms of giving out useful information about the city and surrounding areas. The hotel is close to the bus station- walk via Koumoundourou. Also close to two good restaurants, Mesostrati and Kokkinos.

Staff in meals area talking to each other across the room. From their comments there was very little respect for guests.

Reception staff were very professional and pleasant

Great location near the old city and only 5 minutes walk to the bus station. Great breakfast was included.

The coffee from the vending machine is not to the same standard as the food which is excellent.

Great staff, good food and very good facilities.

I could tell that my room hadn't been renovated. Although it was big, it was clearly old and needed some improvement. Still overall clean.

I was there for Carnival and this hotel was in great location. The breakfast buffet was plentiful
