We loved our stay at JuliaStudios! Anastasia is a natural born host! She made our experience so much more immersive, introducing us to the lifestyle on the island, both past and present. We were also able to rent a car from JuliaRentals, which meant the whole process was very smooth. The room was equipped with everything we needed, the view was impressive, the surroundings are not overly touristy, but still, there are enough nice beaches and restaurants around. The cleanliness, daily cleaning service, and the interaction with the lady that cleaned the rooms were all irreproachable.

Anastasia isn't just a host; she's warm, friendly and makes you feel right at home. We had a wonderful time, immersed in the silence of nature and in a location that allowed us to visit several places in Zakynthos. We were able to enjoy the coffee for our breakfast and taste Anastasia's delicious bergamot liqueur!

Nothing not to like to be honest! The WiFi was stronger on my balcony than in the room (on my phone only, worked fine on my laptop!) that’s literally it and didn’t affect my stay whatsoever

The woman who runs the property is nice, friendly, caring and helpful. The cleaner is also lovely and comes every day!! The amenities are great too, with free coffee as well as umbrellas to borrow for the beach, books, hats, beach stuff etc. Just in general, I liked everything about staying at Julia Studios

We had a wonderful stay at Julia studios! The apartment had a small kitchen with everything you need if you would like to cook and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom also was in excellent conditions which is not so common in Greece. From the balcony we had a stunning view of the sea. Anastasia is a very nice and kind person, always smiling and full of advices if you need, for example she helped us choosing a boat rental for our trip to shipwreck and the caves. Last but not least there is a common area with free coffee and tea which was really useful!

We just booked julias Studios for 3 nights but then we decided to stay for all the week. Anastasia, the host, is incredibly welcoming and adorable. The place is in a beautiful spot. If you ever decide to visit Zante, this is the perfect place. Thanks again Anastasia.. See you soon 😘

It just a calm place with stunning views of the sea and olives three. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare light meals. The beds are comfortable and there is a small balcony where you can have your meals !

It would be perfect if it had a small pool. However the best beach on the island is only tree minutes walk and we knew there was no pool when we booked.

Very calm setting with a peacful view in a near proximity of water and a short walk/drive away from Alikanas. Great choice for a two week vacation. The owner Anastasia was always there to help, assist and talk to us. We will keep her in a beautiful memory and hopefully one day we meet again!
