We had a room in semi-basement so it was kind of hard to obtain a proper circulation of air when we didnt want to use the AC.

The location is great! Near the center and windmills but in a really calm street separated from all the tourists. Also the owner was ready to provide us with some useful tips and was available throughout the whole trip.

Perfect location!!!! Couldnt be more central and yet not super close to the party places so no problem with the noise! Really amazing spot and right next to the windmills! Andreas as amazing and made sure all our requests were taken care off. Changed the shower cap to a new one and was super friendly as well allowing us to check in early as we arrived in a morning flight. Really recommend!

Andreas the host was really helpful and really supportive with all our questions and tips to walk around the island. The room he provided was pretty organized and clear. Also the location in front of the windmills and c,lose to little venice makes everything easy to hang around Mykonos.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was wonderful. Was great in directing us to the hotel from the ferry port by bus. The host was very kind and help adjust the beds to a double/queen versus two singles. The location is a within a minute walk to the windmills; and to the main hub of Mykonos. Little Venice is 5mins walk; and the old port is 10mins walk. I strongly recommend the restaurants are the old port; better value and food quality than Little Venice. The town came still be buzzing at night, but you don’t hear a thing at the hotel. It’s far enough to not be disturbed. The bus stop hub (Fabrika) is 5mins from the hotel location, and can take you to all the other locations on the island.

The location is amazing - right next to the busy, animated streets, but as it is on a “residential” street so to say, it was rather quiet at night. Fabrika bus station is very close also (although the timetable of the busses is not the best, but this is another story 😁). The rooms, although small (or maybe smaller than expected - but you have ti realize you are in a historical area), were clean and had a nice look and feel. Water ran great and the air conditioning as well. Initally, we got the twin room but the next day, the double bedded room with a balcony became available and the host was very nice to ask us if we wanted to change rooms. The room with the balcony is definitely better ❤️, as it overlooks the street. The wondow from the other room overlooks an interior small yard, with is not renovated, so not that nice to look at. On the check-out day, as our plane was in the afterron, Andreas (the host) was very kind and put our luggage in a safe tiny room neat the accomodation and met us later during the day to hand them to us. He seemed like a nice, good man ❤️ You will for sure enjoy your stay here! We sure did ❤️

When we arrived we were allocated a double room when it should have been a twin, but this was soon rectified. There was a safe in the room but we did not have use of it. The room was cleaned daily and every time the clear would turn off the Air conditioning, so every time we came back to the room early evening it was far too hot.

This is in the very centre of Mykonos only less than a minutes walk from the main street, harbour and Little Venice. It is also very easy to get the bus from the airport or even walk (it would take around 30 minutes to walk). Very friendly guy met us on arrival.

There needs to be a towelrack in the bathroom to dry your hands after washing them.

Loved the location, We were close to everything, but quite at night! The room was very clean. The beds were amazing, so soft and comfortable. beds were so comfortable! Andreas was very helpful in helping us with our bags and finding us when we were lost trying to find the room. I would definitely rent this place again!

Definitely recommend staying at Kymata. We arrived late at night and Andreas was very kind to wait for us nearby to guide us to the hotel. We were delighted to meet Andreas, he was a wonderful host and gave us useful tips about Mykonos. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic, our host was incredibly helpful and kind to us. The place itself is nice, bed on the softer end. What is fantastic is if you close the exterior shutters, the room is absolutely soundproof. It is extremely close to the windmills, to a lot of restaurants and there is a perfect beach in like a 10 minute walk. The aircondition works perfectly.

It was clean and nice with a perfect location, near the mills. Just open you door and you can see a perfect view for the mills, sea and a Little Venice. We asked for a bed for two and a silent room so our windows come for inside street. The room was with balcony so every evening it was possible to sit outside without interruption from outside. The owner is the best of the best, all that we wanted to have or asks we got.

Elegant, well-designed, clean, comforable rooms at excellent, idyllic and central location (views outside the rooms on the sea are amazing). The exterior is the typical Cycladic style (blue and white) and room and gate are locked. Room has a small balcony for drying clothes, and cleaning (daily) is excellent), the property owner is kind, availabe and knowledgeable and can offer privacy and when needed information or tend to needs e.g. watercooker), there is good isolation so although a party island there is little noise from outside, in this location everything is in walking distance (e.g. grocer, bus terminal, Little Venice, bars, restaurants, Windmills).

Location was perfect. Clean room, serviced daily, super friendly host. Safe and secure for self and property.so close the the action but no noise at all. AC cold as you want it to be. Bath and shower for our unit a bit small but was fine for our purposes. Had nice fridge and seperate sink and countertop. Would def, recommend and stay again. June 17th- 25th. Right around corner from windmills and 2 min. Walk to bus station.
