The shower. It was right next to toilet seat and there were no curtains or doors, so everything got wet. Also the drain system was bad, so after taking a shower you stand dirty water till ankles. And on last day there was no hot water at all. Everything else was good.

For that value of money, the room was ok. Bed was comfortable, there was a small kitchen with fridge. We got terrace. Location was good.

There is no parking place, so if you rent a car you need to park on the steep streets or a bit further behind the building. When we arrived to our apartment it kinda smelled like sewage, which came and went from time to time. Furniture is pretty old and not everywhere in a good shape. Bathroom door was hard to close. Wifi was pretty poor also.

Panormos is a cute village. Kasteli Studios & Apartments is not a fantastic place to stay, but it's alright, you have everything you need. Breakfast is really good, personnel is kind and helpful. We got lucky with our apartment because it was quiet, was not facing the school, nor the highway. The place is clean.

The hotel was overbooked and we were sent to a hotel at the end of town that i dod not like that much... :) Would have loved to stay in the actual place.

We were lucky we had a small car as there is only on road parking on a super tight street. Take this into consideration if driving here

The apartment and balcony were small, which made eating with four adults a bit of a challenge!

The apartment was located in Panormos, within 5-10 minute walk to beach and village life, which had a relax, easy going feel to it. The pool is a good size, the staff were helpful and friendly. Good location for visiting other local attraction and places of interest. The beds were very comfortable.

It was a little difficult to find the reception as google maps took us to the top of the street when the entrance was on the side street. So we were walking through the apartments looking for reception. The reception wasn't very well signed. When I called the phone number there was no answer which didn't help.

Wow, I felt like a queen when I walked into my very large well appointed room with its four-poster bed. Lovely comfortable room with a good hot shower. A table and chairs for eating meals at or working on the computer.

-A bit of a walk down to the beach. Not the most convenient location. -Pool opens late and closes early, leaving only the middle of the day to swim, when you're most likely out enjoying the island, not staying at the hotel. -Breakfast is only open for one hour. If you show up right before the end of the hour, they won't serve you. -Bathrooms are extremely small. -Didn't meet my expectations because of the pool times and the breakfast issue.

I believe the rooms should be a little better soundproof. And maybe I could enjoy having a tv in my room, since due to work I hade to stay in for a lot of hours. But, despite the above, kastelli rooms were perfect! And Maria was amazing!!!Thank you so much

The accommodation was very nice. And the hostess was really kind. We had an amazing experience. The location was not very close to the sea, but still it was a walking distance. The pool, tough, was nice and relaxing.

It was hard to find the hosts and get a key. It is a pity that there are no small but essential items in the room for those who come to stay for a short time, such as: coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil for frying. These are things that would greatly enhance the hospitality experience !!! Please note!
