All were renovated with tasteful decor. Great comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchenette. Staying close to the port but away from the noise. Absolute loved our staying there.

Completely renovated single room apartment with modern style. Access to the beautiful shared terrace looking the sea. Comfortable space,well furnished with great attention to details. It’s like the pictures show it. The owner lives at the ground floor while the apartment are at the first floor. She is very kind even if not very much talkative. The house is located 5 minutes on foot from the port, close to little supermarket and bakery. I would recommend it.

Bright green security light over door needed covering or would have disturbed my sleep.

Peaceful location with a wonderful rural view. Hostess didn't intrude and on the patronal Saint's Day was generous with unexpected food (pasticcio) and drink (local wine).

I had the apartment with the double terrace...number 2 ...get that one..Katerina is an unobtrusive host ..if you don't want cleaning that day...aka you just want to laze around on the terrace...she will oblige...just pop your rubbish down to her..you might also get a cake and a bottle of Lipsi rose as I did

The room was on the small side for two people and therefore a little cramped but perfectly fine for a couple of nights stay.

Nicely refurbished room which was well equipped and exceptionally clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Spacious terrace with both sun and shade.

Stayed in this tiny island for 2 nights. It's easy to fall in love with this island with the apartment. The location of the apartment is spot on, port, beaches, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Everything is neat and tidy, super friendly and hospitable manager.

A short walk to the harbour of Lipsi. Quiet environment. A nice large balcony with two large tables in the shade and a view on Lipsi town and surroundings. A family living downstairs manage the rooms. Very helpful and friendly.

Appreciated the fully new studio, bed was awesome with a good mattress, the towels were clean and looked white and not yellow - dry, you find this unfortunately in other accommodations on the island🥴 - and internet was fully working. Katerina is an exceptionally welcoming host who shows huge interest that her guests are feeling at home. Also the terrace was wonderful with beautiful cushions, a nice bench and awesome view. Enjoyed my stay to the fullest. 💯% recommended.

The main problem was that the facilities and seaview promised were not there! No seaview in our 'studio with seaview' and no hairdryer, coffee machine, toaster etc when we arrived. Also, one of the beds needs a new mattress. I think the listed facilities are for one of Katerina's other properties and may not be her fault...🤷🏼

The bathroom should be illegal. A 5’ shower would consistently result in a flooding in the bedroom. Literally, more than 1cm of water in our bad room, because the shower has an ineffective drainage system and nothing to contain water from going everywhere.

Distance was generally ok; many structures were even closer to the port / “town center”, but 10’ walking are nothing to complain about

When I arrived the host didn't even bother to say hello. Just looked at me, no smile. Nada!! Very small room. Uncomfortable bed and a very noisy fridge ..Shower went from hot and cold for my entire stay and one of the mirror lights in the bathroom wasn't working. The owner said tomorrow but it was never replaced. No explanation!

Too basic. Booked room with sea view and balcony but got a windowless bedroom with a very tiny kitchen area. Basically, the lesson is you get what you pay for, and this was cheap and basic. I chose not to stay and rebooked somewhere else I'm the town. Beautiful but much more expensive.
