We had a baby and were placed at the top floor where there was no direct ramp or elevator made it a little ft troublesome but manageable none the less.

The facilities are gorgeous, the choices and execution at the restaurant was world class!

It is unacceptable to have mold around the plastic parts of the jacuzzi (especially if you are a 5-star hotel). View was not great but maybe in other rooms the lake is more visible. Bed size could be better

The staff, the room size, and the feeling/atmosphere of a winter chalet and last but not least the kids' playground (together with a lady overseeing the kids) was a hidden ace!!!

Everything was great. Stuff was exceptional, the restaurant and the cafe was great too. The views to the lake was also very nice. The Spa is a must to visit and all the POIs around are fine to spend at least 2 days

I don't want it to be what I didn't like but I didn't like the maintenance of the spa's area. The walls are cracking and oxidized in some places, the internal swimming pool, I didn't use the steam room as it has this moldy smell which I also smelled in the Jacuzzi.

I liked everything about the place, it was exactly what I needed for that weekend. It was snowing a bit and the views from the place were amazing for the lake. I liked the spa area and the gym. Everything was as expected. The internal free parking was also perfect.

Everything was so beautiful. The room was very spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable and big. The staff at the reception, the spa and the restaurant were super friendly and polite and made you feel welcome. The spa was very relaxing and clean. The views from every side of the hotel were spectacular.

We didn't have the chance to use the jacuzzi as it had to be cleaned.

Great spacious room. The bathroom was also big and modern. Our room had also a balcony with lake view, which was great. The breakfast, which was included in our price, was delicious. You could choose lots of stuff from a buffet (fried eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, egg slices, cold cuts, different types of cheese, little pastries, croissants, and sweets, jam etc. The hotel's facilities were great. We got to use the internal pool (there's also an external one). We also uses the sauna. however, we wanted to use the jacuzzi as well, but the staff said that it had to be cleaned so we didn't have the chance. Lots of places to visit nearby. The lake itself and small picturesque villages. Value for money!

Air conditioning units were a little too intense for my liking, but the location makes it very easy and smooth to sleep even by opting in to an open window during the night ;)

Although it's considered a winter destination, we stayed at the Kazarma during a July heatwave and the experience was amazing! The spacious rooms, the spa / massage services, the pool, the breakfast; everything worked towards a very relaxing weekend.

too many stairs not enough lifts. the whole group of approximately 50 people had to leave before 7am and the hotel wouldn’t lay on an early breakfast for us. they normally serve breakfast at 8am but would only lay on breakfast for 7.15am which was no good.

I did not like that in order to use the fireplace there was an extra charge.
