The view from our room was amazing

Nothing that would prevent us from coming back. Keep in mind it’s lower on the cliff so a lot of walking and and down to get to and from the Main Street and the hotel. My mom has knee pain and that was challenging.

We loved the cleanliness and the staff’s hospitality. They paid attention to the smallest details and always made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely come back.

Nothing I didn’t like

Excellent location with stunning views that not many hotels can match. It’s not only a few steps from Oia Main Street, but its location also offers enough quiet and privacy in your own rooms. The hotel is also located close to a grocery store. The community pool is an infinity pool with 180-degree unobstructed views of the sea and caldera—gorgeous to just look out from the pool. The facilities are well-designed and in great condition. Not only did I get to experience the Greek beige and blue architecture in my room, but also in the personal jacuzzi. Beds are comfy and restrooms are spacious. We also got to relax and sunbathe on our balcony, a very enjoyable experience since the location allows warming sunlight during most of the day. For the tourist season, the price of the room is on par with its value. Lastly, the service is superb. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful during our trip. Not only was the receptionist responsive and knowledgeable, but our porter and dining host were also friendly. Our breakfasts were amazing, offering diverse nutrition and a relaxing atmosphere. This is a hotel I would definitely return to!

There is no parking available. If you have a rental car you’ll have to hunt for parking in the village along the main road.

Having to leave!!

Absolutely incredible. From the arrival at the airport to the day we departed. This place is a gem. The location is perfect. Down the steps to the cliff face is where you'll find this slice of heaven. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was unbelievable. A junior suite with Private balcony with hot tub overlooking the Caldera with sunset view. Breakfeast on the balcony each morning is such a treat. This place is very quiet and relaxing that you’ll never want to leave.

Verry good location, VIEW, hot tub, breakfast, staff, it’s perfect location and to get something like this you need to pay somewhere else even 4 times the money! Even the service, driver, every every little thing was perfect! We thank all the staff for this perfect stay (supperior Suite on west)

The only downside was the number of stairs to get down to the property but once you get there, you will never want to leave 😊!

The room was perfect! I wanted a true cave experience and they delivered! The breakfasts were delivered to our suite and were delicious. So much food and the presentation was amazing! The view from the suite was incredible!

The staff went above and beyond our entire stay, they were super friendly and made sure we always had a ride back at night. The view from the room and the pool was amazing! Gorgeous rooms too. Just be ready for lots of stairs!

We had an incredible stay here. The views are absolutely stunning and the location is perfect. It is more secluded & private than some of the other hotels in Oia, yet still right in the heart of the main area close to shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel was exceptional—very accommodating and professional. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, as well as eating the amazing breakfast prepared for us in the morning. Very clean facilities. I would definitely recommend staying here in Oia!

Lots and lots of stairs, 60 to be exact to get up to the Main Street in Oia. My calves were burning. Do yourself a favor DO NOT packet heavy.

The Location is at the beginning of the hotels in Oia and the perfect location. Far enough away from all the cruise ship travelers. It’s quite and not as windy. The views are amazing. The property is very well maintained, the employees there try very hard to keep up the property daily. The breakfast is served outside of your suite and is amazing. We really enjoyed the property. The pool was awesome.

One of the best places to feel the vibes of Oia, Santorini. We enjoyed the stay at Kima Oia Suites. Enjoy the view of ocean from the pool. Different breakfast options to select from.

The concierge at Kima Oia Suites was very helpful in arranging transport for us to and from the hotel as well as giving recommendations for places to visit on the island. We also had a helpful hand in carrying our suitcases down the stairs and back up when needed. The view was amazing and the breakfast was done very well.

The second bedroom did not have AC which is the only reason I did not give the place a 10 for comfort. The staff tried to help the situation as much they could.

The view & pool were amazing! Not sure why they made the pool so deep though as you cannot stand but the view makes it worth staying here!

The Junior Suite was absolutely incredible with a lot of privacy. The ocean and views of Santorini were breath taking and exceeded all our expectations. The team at Kima Oia were extremely friendly, helpful and nice. I would re-book and go back there in a heartbeat.
