Kostas and Maria were such amazing sweet hosts. We were welcomed with a lovely cake and Tsikoudia (Raki) a traditional alcoholic beverage and "symbol of friendship, nobility and a sign of social communication". They pretty much left us to our own devices giving us privacy but always there anytime we needed something. Felt like staying with your grandparents. Free Air conditioning unlike some places across the road. Highly recommend.

Nothing—everything was great. A small comment that might help other guests: the fridge was set too high, perhaps by a previous guest, hence some of our food froze.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Hosts were very kind and hospitable. Off street parking was a bonus. Good location with bus stop, cafe, and supermarket all very close by.

there was the beach very near and we all had breakfast at the beach with a wonderful greek yogourt with honey. The host were very nice and welcoming. they prepared a nice welcoming cake and they also suggested us the place were to get a good dinner with fish which turned up to be one of the best we had in the full trip.

Absolutely nothing! Clean, well maintained, nice pool, really warm hosts and a great base to visit Fallaserna, Balos, Chania and the rest of the west of Crete.

Costas and Maria are so nice, it's like staying with your grandparents, you get a warm welcome with some nice homemade cake and a refreshment. The apartments are really clean and everything shines likes it's brand new, the kitchen sink was like looking in te mirror. The grass around the pool is the greenest I have see in Crete. I will certainly come back here when we visit Crete next year. It's just 5 min. away from the crowded Platanias but it is still close to the beaches and you can also travel by bus to Chania if you like. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who likes a cozy place where everything is accounted for.

There was nothing not to like.

Kostas and Maria treated us like family. The apartments are fantastic. Location wise, is it almost central on the main street? It's a busy street at times. However, trafiic noise is minimal, almost none at all. Facilities are great. Rooms are serviced every day. A/C is free. There is a washing machine for all to use. Kostas brought fruit from the trees in his own garden. The pool is just the right size for the area. The area gets the sun all day. We had days where we just sat or laid down on the sunbeds, listened to our music and read. It's such an amazing place just to relax. Public buses are regular, Hania city is a couple of Erou,s one way and Kolybary with some great seafood Taverna,s and their free sunbeds on the beach. Our 3rd time in Malame, 1st at the Konaki, will be our regular holiday from now.

A very good stop for making excursions in the NW Crete. Surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the main street. Cozy rooms, very clean and tidy, well kept. Crystal clear swimming pool (two areas: for kids and adults) on a large patio with sun beds and umbrellas. Around the corner of the patio is a smaller barbecue yard with everything you need to celebrate your evening meal, grill, fireplace, wood owen, tables and seats - all is there. The hosts - Maria and Kostas are very helpful and polite, you feel there like a family member, not like a client.
