The owner Georges is really kind and always available to help us ! He even offer us a couple of time cake made by his wife ! The apprtement had a very good balcony ! The room is confortablea and it's not far from the beach and the pier (around 15 min walk). I strongly recommend this accomodation.

A lovely family run place, obviously looked after with a lot of love and care. Great facilities, close to the beach and main town but set back enough that we enjoyed lots of peace and quiet. Giorgos was incredibly kind and helpful and we already miss our daily chats! Highly recommend :)

Walking distance to the restaurants and beach. Beautiful terrace. Very clean , nice room. The owner is very kind and gives exceptional customer service. He even gave us 4 prices of delicious cake his wife made. He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful. We highly recommend.

Firstly, Giorgios and his wife Marianna are incredible people, very welcoming and make you feel at home instantly. We booked at midnight and they were able to accommodate us the next day for two nights, including a free room upgrade! The rooms are so comfortable and clean I couldn't believe it! We are in the cyclades for two weeks and these were the best 2 nights sleep we had. It's location is second to none, a couple of minutes from the beach, and about a 15minute walk to the port. If you want a beautiful apartment, amazing hosts and amazing location this is the place for you! I will be recommending Giorgios and the Kontaratos studios and apartments to anyone visiting Parikia. Giorgios even gave us some parting souvenirs to remember our stay in Paros, and he made sure to wave us off as we left. We will be back!

Incredible Welcoming. We got upgrated, also Giorgos gave us lot of tips and address to spend good time in Paros and we got a very warmest goodbye. Never seen owners so kind. The location of the appartment was perfect to visit Parikiá old town/port, go to restaurant/ Beach and rent scooters to visit the villages of Paros. In short, go for it with your eyes closed and you won't regret it!

Great experience at this accommodation. Was only a short stay, however, the owner is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious with great WiFi. Short walk to some lovely beaches and restaurants. They stored our baggage both prior to check in and after and even gave us a small gift on departure. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Kontaratos Studios & Apartments. The room and building were very clean and the location is great. It is located close to the beach and port. George and his wife were very welcoming, treating us like part of the family. They were also very helpful in recommending sites to see. We will definitely be back.

I cannot say anything at this moment that I didn't like.

I absolutely enjoyed being received by the host with a warm welcome, he received and departed every guest in his property and that is truly exceptional. The dedication that he has to the comfort of each guest is beyond any stay I have had in the past at any property. I did a last minute request the night prior to my arrival and he absolutely delivered the following day, not exactly what I requested but he did find an alternative solution. Also, he departed me with a warm good bye and a personalized gift for my wife and I. Very humble man and a charm to be around. Thank you so much for everything and see you in the future again.

George was such an amazing host. He answered all of our questions upon our arrival. He also upgraded the room we had and allowed us to check in early which was wonderful. It’s a couple minute walk to the beach and local restaurants.

We had a fabulous 4 days with George! The apartments were lovely and clean, and the air-conditioning a welcome addition in the July heat. The location is absolutely ideal - perfectly placed between Parikia and Livadia but set a little back from the main road, making it peaceful and quiet. Hope to be back soon. - Louise

Nothing. I really liked everything!

Really comfortable and only 15min-20min walk to the port, but still felt really quiet for a great night's sleep. Giorgos is an absolute gentleman and made sure that everything was spot on with my stay including moving me to better rooms if available and picking up any items I left behind in any of my moves. Giorgos was also very quick to reply with answers to any of my questions - and was nice to have a friendly face welcome and send you on your way! Plenty of space and great air conditioning.
