Staff was sooo helpful and very kind. They tried their best to answer all our questions. Even helps us to arrange restaurants. Rooms were so clean, great outdoor bathtub.

everything was perfect! The best apartment we ever had! We chose the Kavafis apartment with a terasse and jacuzzi. Spacious, equipped with traditional furnishing but functional and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, we could customize it the evening before. The apple pie was truely delicious! The staff was helpful and smiling, always at hand.

The room was fabulous. The layout, the decor, the attention to detail. Very clean too. The staff. They were simply wonderful and made us feel so special. Everyone from the team on reception to the waiting staff to the manager on duty was warm, efficient and helpful. Truly first class hospitality. The food and wine was very good too with a special mention for the great breakfast and the Greek wine (white and rose - the best we had on Rhodes) The atmosphere. It's popular with locals so you get a real sense of place. Rhodes was great but staying at Koukos made it even better.

I cannot think of anything. Maybe some guest can be disturbed from noise at nights, but it did bother us.

We vooked the biggest suite with a jakuzzi outside. We used it everyday. The suite is nice, the people are really kind, the meals in the restaurant below are delicious. We loved everything and had a great time. If we go to Rhodes again, we will stay here for sure.

Great location on the pedestrian street with mostly restaurants on the street. Breakfast was amazing and you could customize it every evening before. Staff was friendly and helpful.

- We stayed in the street-facing room, which is a little loud at night until about 12:00am-1:00am. Still got a good night's sleep, but suggest to opt for one of the quiet rooms if you are sensitive to sound.

- Generous breakfast with a great variety of options. - Friendly and capable staff who make sure all your needs are being met. - Generous ammenities provided (including Korres shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream). - Hotel is attached to a very good restaurant, bar and bakery, which proved to be a convenient dinner spot when we were a bit too tired to head back into Old Town.

Some of the surrounding streets - not the pedestrian precinct Koukos is on - are a bit run down.

Staying at Koukos is an authentic Greek guesthouse experience! The room was spacious and well equipped. The service is very friendly and attentive. The bar and restaurant is superb. So glad we found it and will definitely be back!

I hadn't spotted the small print telling us that the room we had booked was on a noisy street so make sure you read it properly (not all rooms are on the noisy street). We put the Aircon on to drown out the sound which worked pretty well but the Aircon itself is pretty fierce and we found it impossible to set it to a temperature that didn't freeze me.

Staff were so helpful and lovely. The room was wonderfully quirky with a balcony. The location was superb. The breakfast was exceptional (as was the dinner we had in the evening)

Our room was lovely and quiet but no natural light.

The staff are so friendly and attentive. Giota was particularly helpful and cheerful. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious and I'm a fuzzy eater. Great coffee and probably the best Greek yoghurt I've tasted. The hotel decor is unique and the location is within walking distance from the Old Town but away from the hustle and bustle. Our room had a seating room and two toilets. Very spacious. Highly recommended.

It is very central and has a very busy restaurant within its facilities, so keep in mind it can be noisy late into the evening. You may want to consider avoiding it if this could be an issue.

It’s been an absolute delight to spend 6 nights at Koukos Rhodian Guesthouse. The location is just perfect, the beautiful beach and also the Old Town is so close. Regarding the accommodation it has a fantastic design and everything corresponds with the photos and description. Every detail is perfectly thought out, so it is rather an artist's work. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was also 10/10, absolutely stunning. The best part is the wonderful staff. They all have been amazing, always smiling and always willing to help. This is what I call a „total service“. It’s been for us by far the best vacation! Thank you very much!

Not allowed irons in the hotel which is strange but was advised it due to safety reasons, so this is fine. So suggest taking a travel steamer etc, but this is isnt really a problem either.

Lasty minute booking... couldnt have asked for anymore. Ladies at reception so patient and will try to help with everything they can. Breakfast is great too... Rooms are well decorated and themed, lots of room, fruit topped up daily! everything you need. Location is in a busy street, bbut no sound when your in the rooms at all. 11 out of 10!

Natural light from the Windows could be more. But not a big deal.

Perfect location on a lively street which is walking distance to both elli beach and old town also close to many restaurants. Rooms were spacious and comfy also very clean. Authentic greek room with a jacuzi. Personel was very friendly and helped for anything we need. Loved it and totally reconmend.
