The way the room is built is a bit odd. There is 20 cm between bed end and the side board table, you basically have to do the sideways crab walk to get to the balcony. The sideboard could have been made slimmer and instead of a built in luggage rack, a foldable one would have given more space. There's a chair in the room that has zero function, the only place it can stand without being in the way is on the balcony, as it otherwise blocks one side of the bed or the door to the balcony. As I was travelling alone it was just to the side of the bed, but it was a bit strange.

Staff is super nice, all of them. They let me check in early because the room was ready and stored my luggage for some hours after checkout, thanks again for that. Comfortable bed, okay sized room and bathroom, bathroom a bit dated, but functional. Breakfast gets a bit boring after a few days, very little variation. Pool area was nice, plenty of loungers and bean bag chairs. Balcony out towards the street, was a bit dusty from the street, but it had evening/afternoon sun, perfect for me. Clean and basic, just what I needed.

Overly eager housekeeper who came in (more than once) without knocking or only knocking on the door when already open. Another slight annoyance was the availability of pool side loungers- some had been 'reserved' by other guests for many hours when they were not present.

Great location, comfortable bed. Good amenities available. Good snacks available at the lobby bar.

Hotel has over 80 rooms, and approx 20 sunbeds , plus a few pool bean bag seats, so very difficult to find a space. Swimming pool lovely & exceptionally clean, but not really any space to place more sun loungers.

Excellent location, near to all restaurants, shops , bars. Plentiful varied breakfast. Great friendly helpful staff & the whole place, inside & out is immaculately kept & very well managed. There is a small sandy beach very near by, no facilities or beds , but very clean & shallow gradient into sea.

The lack of private parking is the only drawback.

The hotel is fresh and spacious. The pictures on its website could certainly be better. The location is excellent if you have a car as it is next to the old town but still allows parking. The hotel only offers 4parking spaces on a first come first serve basis, which is not enough. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were kept clean and tidy.

Everything was top. However, Even though we didn’t indicate all towels needed to be changed they were all changed which goes against the climate policy of the hotel. Very wasteful.

Great location, view of old town and very comfortable. Nice small pool and small basic gym space which was good to have.

Staff very helpful, hotelmwas well positioned (10mins walk from old town) nearby beach although has no chairs, the sand is quite good and the water superb.

It is a lovely hotel. Great location a short walk away from the harbour and away from the hustle and bustle of Chania town. It's very clean and comfortable with aircon and fans in the room, although ours didn't seem to work very well at night time! We had a twin room which was small but fine for one night. No frills but great value. The pool is nice and quiet in the mornings and the breakfast buffet is a good selection and doesn't finish until late morning, which is perfect if you have a late night the day before.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. My husband managed to forget his jacket in the room, but luckily we got it back once they discovered it. Our stay was very short. We had a lovely breakfast that was variate. We didn't have time to try the pool out. Everything was clean.

Location is perfect, close to a restaurant and bar strip, 10 minutes to the old town and 15 minutes to the public transport bus station. Staff are the standout stars of this hotel, attentive, professional, welcoming and efficient. Rooms vary but always spotlessly clean and high quality linen. Pool is very well kept, very clean and well managed

Air conditioning wasn’t great. But ok.

Clean and fresh. Close to town. Good sized rooms. Bathrooms clean and good showers. Staff very helpful. Traditional foods on buffet were awesome at breakfast.

The staff were so considerate and helpful. They let us check into our room a couple of hours early and also we could leave our bags in the luggage room on the day we flew home. Location is great and lovely swimming pool.
