We have no complaints, everything was perfect.

The property was spectacular. Beautiful suite with comfortable beds, nice living room and kitchen. A large terrace from which to view the sunrise and overlooking the beautiful infinity pool and the sea. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff who oriented us to the island. They made great site seeing recommendations as well as dinner reservations for us. 5 star service.

The was nothing really bad about the rooms, maybe poor WIFI in room but in public areas it was fine and the bed was too hard for us, but that is a personal thing.

Everything about this place was excellent, everywhere was clean and tidy, the pool was fab. Breakfast each day nothing was too much trouble and food was lovely. A welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Towels changed and room cleaned every day. And the staff were lovely!!

If this property had access to a sandy beach, it would be my favorite place on earth.

Our stay at Kymothoe Elite was nothing short of exceptional. Kymothoe Elite is nestled on the east coast of Zakynthos, in the serene Akrotiri region, positioned between the Zakynthos City and the touristy town of Tsilivi. A taxi ride to Zakynthos cost 15€. It is possible to walk to Tsilivi, but be aware that on the way back you will need to walk up-hill quite a bit and the walk is around 20-25 minutes, which can be exhausting in the sun. One of the standout aspects of our stay were the accommodating hosts. They were always at our service, readily providing towels, recommendations, and even assisting with food orders after our adventures. Furthermore, they seamlessly arranged airport shuttles for us at a reasonable rate. Every morning we ordered a big breakfast a la carte and the staff’s amiability added to the delightful experience. Our accommodation on the top floor (accessible by elevator), provided us with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea – a picturesque setting for evening relaxation. The pool area is also very nice and very well maintained. The water temperature was always just right and the views are amazing. You also have the option to walk down the stairs located at the cliff to go to a small private beach that you share with the neighboring hotel. There is a bar on the way down and at the bottom there is a small wooden dock going into the sea with some lounge chairs and sun-umbrellas to relax. The beach and the immediate vicinity around the dock are somewhat rocky and home to sea urchins, so it may not suit all preferences, but it’s surely charming and private. Kymothoe Elite offered a host of other amenities, including dependable WIFI, a convenient in-room washing machine with complimentary laundry detergent, daily housekeeping, and an overall lovely level of service. If I were to suggest an enhancement, it would be the provision of bicycles or even mopeds for guest use.

Everything was perfect

We are just back from the most amazing holiday in Kymothoe Elite - everything about the place is just incredible. While sharing with others (10 apartments in total) it felt like with had the place to ourselves. We are a family of 4 with children aged 10 and 13. From the time we arrived we spent most of our time on-site using the pool and private beach and were never conscious of anyone else being around. There is is much space for everyone. Nicos is by far the best host we have ever experienced and the team are so lovely and helpful. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and a great way to start each day (as is lunch which we had most days but you pay additional). If you are thinking about staying here don't hesitate, you won't regret it. Hopefully we will make it back some day and will never forget the experience. Thank you again Team Kymothoe Elite.

The accommodation is amazing as its off the main/busy area of Tsivili and definitely more quiet. Its smaller and more intimate with around 10 units. It's nice to have a separate living room/ kitchen area and large balcony with stunning views of the ocean definitely very relaxing. Having a washer and a place to hang the clothes to dry was perfect - didnt know we needed it but so happy we had it. Breakfast cooked to order every morning was absolutely delish. Nicos was very welcoming and went over the details of the place and area with us. He was very patient and answered all our questions and offered solid insight, suggestions and feedback with our itinerary and activities to make sure we had a good time. The team are all very kind and professional.

The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in! Nikos is an amazing hotel manger and can’t do enough for you from arrival to leaving. The view every morning of the sea is breathtaking. We will definitely be back.

WiFi could be a bit hit and miss.

Large suite with well equipped kitchen (including washing machine), wine and water provided was a nice touch. Huge semi-private terrace with shaded hot tub. Two large bedrooms, and separate seating area. Shower was great and toiletries welcomed. Breakfast was lovely, pool area was brilliant - bar served drinks and snacks too. Lots of places to relax in the sunshine including on a little beach (steps at the end of the pool), short walk into town. All the staff were really friendly (including the dog).

The beds were very spacious, but the quality of mattress was the only thing that you could change and feel like a 5 star which the accomodation IS as far as i am concerned!!

The breakfast was perfect, you could order what you liked and it was brought freshly cooked and served at your table from the most pollie and friendly staff. . The rooms were simply great and the View from our balcony was out of this world!! The area that the hotel is is quiet and there was always a nice breeze coming from the sea, that made the most hot days to feel perfect. GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!

Nothing - best place to stay in Zakinthos!

Amazing modern quiet apartments just 20 mins walk from Tsilivi and 10 mins drive to Zakynthos town- great sea views from balcony and infinity pool and access to small private beach with views to Kefalonia and the mainland . We really looked forward to breakfast every morning - lots of fresh fruit, Greek yogurt and all other dishes freshly cooked to order - nothing was ever too much trouble . Big thank you to Nicos and all the staff who were so friendly and helpful- we just had the best time.

Very kind and friendly people working here, helpful owner, also other guests were very polite and not disturbing each other. Swimming pool was excellent, always fresh towels, room cleaning everyday. The area is not close, but also not far from the town, so it’s just perfect if you are looking for relaxing and chilling holidays. If you get bored of swimming pool, little quite beach is accessible with stairs just straight from hotel.

the swallows nesting on the balcony were beautiful & interesting but a little noisy & messy.

the apartment was lovely, great view, wonderful facilities i.e. air con, dishwasher, washing machine & fridge. lovely suite with satellite tv. we enjoyed the fantastic sea view from the comfort of the balcony.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like!

We loved everything. Apartments finished to a very high standard. Superb attention to detail with lights in all the right places and a fabulous shower. All spotlessly clean. Cleaners came in daily and changed the bed linen and fresh towels. We were in the apartment with the hot tub and made good use of it. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and you could have anything you liked from English to Greek to Continental! Nikos and his lovely staff go every step of the way to make you feel like you are special for your whole holiday. Don’t hesitate to book if you are reading this! Location is good with a car you can get anywhere you like on the island within one hour. ps forgot to say the pool is beautiful and loads of sun beds … more than enough for everyone.
