Beds were not comfortable, sleeping experience was not in line with the overall one. Breakfast was decent but the it seemed like personnel was not enough. Maybe it was a special occasion.

Overall a very nice stay, the hotel is truly a 5 star unit. We received a room upgrade and a welcome treat on arrival, even if we stayed only for one night. The lobby and the pool area are nice for this class.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, has a big swimming pool with plenty of space around. Staff was extremely nice. We had nice welcome gifts and our bedroom was quiet and had access to a small garden. Breakfast had many different dishes.

Not much, but the only thing is ı booked the rooö for one person but the bed was being sepetated at night. ı would definitely prefer double bed for one person.

the pool opens only at 12:00 at noon, so if you come for one night- you will not have an option to enjoy the pool. also, a little bit far from the city center, so if you are planning the visit the city you must take the car. breakfast has a big verity, but not so fresh- nothing is prepared on the spot.

-The room was nice & big, however some renovation would be needed. We also couldn't use the small balcony as it was full of bird droppings. -We had a coffee at the hotel foyer but we waited a long time to order/pay etc. Seems like there was a stuff shortage as they had to cover for multiple positions (bar, pool area, foyer etc). The result was long delays for us & other people that wanted to order something

Excellent breakfast with a large variety of salty and sweet dishes. We have stayed at the hotel in the past and always select a bungalow, which is in a quite place next to the pool. The room was very spacious and clean, although a little bit old. The personnel of the hotel is very helpful and kind.

Non residents can pay to access the services, which in itself is fine but you can find that certain facilities are not available or there is insufficient capacity (ie Sun beds around the pool)

The floor next to the bed (closest to the balcony doors) was full of dirt marks and thus needs a proper steam clean or scrub. The shower rose either needs replacing or a very good clean to remove old scale and the silicon sealer around the bath tub needs replacing as its lifting badly. Attention to the bathroom door at the bottom needs to be given since its rather badly damaged. I'd like to suggest that the mini bar is placed in a neat cupboard with a 'coffee station' above such. The cord on the kettle is very short and can therefore only connect to a plug by the bedside table. For that quality hotel, it's disappointing to find weeds growing on the balcony and extreme mould. Attention in the 'maintenance' department is needed. I specifically booked this hotel with the swimming pool facility but very disappointed that the pool can only be used by hotel guests after 12h00!!!! I think this is absolutely 'absurd' especially on weekends when families with their children also want to enjoy the facility. I've never come across a situation whereby there is a swimming pool and access is only allowed at midday?????

A perfect example of the hotel chain, it delivers everything promised. Very good breakfast, a nice cafe and a very nice restaurant, very close to the city center of Larisa.
