The place is near from the airport and also 800m from the central capital. The staffs speak nice English and friendly and will make you feel home. There's a pool and also they provide transfer to and from the airport (25 euro).

I wish there was a way to communicate to the cleaners if you did not want your bed/towels changed one day. I don't mind using one towel for short stays. It would have been nice to have a kettle. The size of the shower is not suitable if you are on the larger side, in that I am of an ideal weight for my height but if I turned I would knock the tap.

The location is great - opposite a bus stop that can take you to the airport and everything below it, just say you want to return to karterados. The main bus station in fira is only a 15 min walk away along a straight road, to access the north of the island. There is an amazing bakery directly opposite the hotel as well as plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. It is a 15 min bus ride away from the airport and ferry port. The pool is lovely! It varies from 1m to 3.1m deep! So clean and the tiles are beautiful! We went out of season in Oct so it was not busy at all! Staff are so friendly! It's a family run hotel and the people are so genuine and have so much to share about the island. We had a twin room with a balcony. The beds were really comfy and pillows were nice. There is a small TV with local channels. The fridge is absolutely huge!!! Which is so handy as you cannot drink the tap water so you must buy bottled.

Location and scenery ✨️ 👌 This was the reason why we chose Angelica's place. To cook and have that view was blissful 😊 2mins from the port and a few minutes walk into the town centre, where you'll find a brilliant place for coffee and local whisky! Plus other shops and bars. Nestled between two supermarkets, stocked with fresh organic food. We particularly liked the traditional restaurant next to the supermarket in town. A short walk to clean and pristine sandy beaches ⛱️. But what stood out the most and the memories we'll take away with us, was Angelica's warmth and generosity with her time and knowledge. This made our stay ❤️🙏. Thank ❤️ you Angelica , you were wonderful. Thank you for your thoughtful and generous gifts. We hope to visit you again in the future. Irina and Lorina Xx

Very nice hotel close to Fira centre 15 min walk from the bus station , very quiet , nice swimming pool, good size bedroom perfect for a couple of days. The staff is very nice and very accommodating.

Friendly family run hotel, very accommodating. Super location. Bus stop right outside premises and one stop from the capital Fira, which is the main bus hub. From there you can get to everywhere on the Island. Rooms spacious and extremely clean-fresh towels every day. Cleaning staff were lovely. Bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bars just a few yards up the street. Transfers offered in VIP luxury limo/bus was a lovely touch and very convenient. Pool area is beautiful.

Everything was great and super good value but if I had to pick something to improve on, is the pillow and mattress quality but we were fine with it and we were there for a whole week.

Great WiFi wherever we went, even by the pool. The pool itself was amazing l - kept cleaned regularly and the main pool gets really deep so you dive in. There was hot water in the rooms. The outer shutters and blinds meant it kept the room blacked out (if you wanted it to). The location is fantastic for getting around the island, the buses are super cheap and Karterados bus stop is super close and is one only stop from Fira. A good amount of restaurant choices in the area too if you didn't want to travel far for food.

Excellent service! We arrived early in the morning and Panos picked us up from the port. He gave us excellent recommendations for the local area, and they allowed us to leave our baggage at reception while we lay by the pool. They worked fast to get our room ready for us and everyone was extremely friendly. They are also across from an amazing bakery and good restaurants. We loved the family hotel business!!!

Coming late from the airport, I was expecting a bottle of water in the room hotel. The water in Santorini is not drinkable and if so, it is still salty. After checkout, they keeps the luggage for you, however the luggage stay at the reception available to anyone.

We used the hotel as first night coming from a late flight, the day after we checkout to reach a farther town. So we cannot say much about it. However, the staff is friendly and provided us the taxi services from the airport (25€).

We loved the hosts, the rooms (which were more lovely than I expected), the pool was AMAZING. The kids LOVED swimming and jumping off the "bridge". The hosts were very warm, hospitable and patient with our busy family group of 23.

We had 2 x triple rooms that were very tired on the ground floor that looked onto the carpark. Bed was hard and the bathroom very small. For the price it was very disappointing but then that’s Santorini I spose.

A kettle would have been handy, but 24 hour bakery opposite makes up for it.

Great views, fantastic pool. Room was nice and comfortable. Bus stops really close to hotel so really convenient location from airport. 15 min walk to Fira, the hub, where you can take bus to Oia.
