Everything about this property is lovely and quaint. The only thing is the pool is in the shade a lot, but there is so much to see in Santorini. We only got to the pool once

Loved everything about the property property in a perfect location. Santorini is very hilly and full of steps. This hotel is in the centre of a small hill with easy location, going one-way to the oceanfront and the other way to the town.

Didn't have a seated area for enough people in the apartment (3). Apart from that nothing, so only a small thing.

Upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was brilliant. Location was perfect for walking around Fira and so near to best view of where the sun sets.

The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. My flight got delayed and needed to arrange airport transfer last minute. They were able to accommodate. I really appreciate that.

The pool and loungers were in the shade the majority of the time. It was great after a day exploring to relax there and have a dip, but we would have used the area more if it got a bit more sun. We stayed early April so this may be why!

Lovely staff and great location in Fira. Away from the busy caldera but only a short stroll away. Room was great and had everything we needed. Balcony was a delight in the morning to sit and see the sea.

What a beautiful place to stay and in a perfect location. We felt we was looked after very well by Mondi and our room was cleaned to a fantastic standard. it’s a very pretty hotel but was isn’t in Santorini!

The breakfast is really good! The hostess was amazing suggesting good places to visit. The place is perfectly located, very close to bus station and the shore.

The bathroom does not let much air in, so it feels quite damp in the room

It’s really close to many attractions in Fira, it’s quite easy to walk uphill to see the beautiful area. The staff is nice, they take a good care of us. The room is spacious. I really like the pool, I had a nice swim there

The Wifi was so weak. The door need to use the key to lock. The bathroom is a bit of small.

The hotel decorated in very nice style. It is walking distance from bus station and city center. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and neat.

Very well situated at the end of the Caldera so there is quiet but so close to the busy centre of Fira so it's easy to get to all the restaurants and views. Room was great and I had a view of the sunrise from the balcony!

We loved this hotel, our room was spacious and so comfortable and the shower was great. The location really couldn't be better! It's 5 mins walk from the bus station, 2 mins from the Caldera view and the rest of town but still very quiet. Our room was cleaned every day and we felt very comfortable. The staff were so helpful and when we had an issue with the air con in our room they fixed it super quickly and gave us free breakfast to make up for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated.

There was nothing that bothered us.

The property was great. Such lovely and helpful staff. Great that there was a pool. We used a transfer, as arranged by Loizos, to reach the accommodation. Once we knew where it was situated its so easy to get around with busses. Just 20 m from the best view of the volcano.
