As the rooms weren’t quite finished yet there were a few missing touches like gaps in walls, wires poking out (were taped off) and a lack of drawers/space to put clothes. We had to reconfigure the room to make it suitable for our 6 year old and 1 year old to all fit but once we did it worked well. Definitely smaller than anything we’ve stayed in before but it was also the most modern room we’ve had in all our holidays around Greece before.

Great facilities for the kids (water park area). We were in the new rooms which are going to be lovely when fully finished but had a few missing touches. However, we didn’t pay for these premium rooms so it was a bonus being in there for the price we paid but on first glance seemed like there was a lot missing. We practically had a large pool to ourselves most of the day. The hotel were great at moving my Mum to a ground floor room after arrival as she couldn’t do the stairs to the new rooms as there was no handrail and the steps were steep and winding. Lots of fresh fruit for all meals. Lunchtime fresh pizza & gyros was amazing! And suited us perfectly. Evening entertainment was just what we needed and the staff were all so welcoming and lovely. Would love to return once it’s complete and see what it’s like then.

We experienced almost the same kind of food every day, which became a bit monotonous. The bathroom in the room we originally booked was far too small, so we had to move to the villa area because of that. We were also quite disappointed with the level of cleanliness during our stay. Unfortunately, my eyebrow pencil was stolen from my toiletry bag, which was very upsetting and left us feeling uncomfortable.

The atmosphere by the swimming pool was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it felt like good value for the money.

Lack of food variety and poor food presentation. The food was actually pretty tasteful, although boring after some time and lacked the final touch. Wi-Fi is terrible as well, but that’s not the main point of vacation.

All the people working at the hotel, no exception, deserve a highest note. From reception, through cleaning ladies, restaurant workers and bar workers. The hotel is also a pet friendly facility (we came with a cat).

Food is the only thing we didn’t like much, meals are mostly repeating everyday and there is not that much option to choose from.

Nice rooms, free transport to the beach, clean rooms and fresh towels everyday, amazing music by the pool and programs throughout the day.

Food was very good. Fresh local produce. Fantastic Pizza from Nikos. Leo in the bar was such good fun and served cool drinks all day. Dining room staff were fantastic.

The cleanliness was not as we expected - we were handed towels with stains on them, some of the dishes in the dining hall were not properly washed etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the pool/snack bar which offers variety of drinks and snacks + the daily pizza was a big plus. I’d also like to point out the great location both near the beach and the centre.

The facilities are small and old , need a serious renovation to become an acceptable and comfortable hotel . Furniture very old , as well as the door in to the rooms . The bathroom old without normal ventilation, in some rooms (we booked 4 ) was weak water pressure.

In the restaurant was too hot and there is no air conditioning. Some of the dishes were not enough clean. At the pool there is not enough sun beds for all people in the hotel. In our room in the bathroom didn’t work the ventilation.

The rooms are big. Every day the room was cleaning. The food was excellent and fresh.

At times there was only 1 barman serving which caused a delay getting served when busy. The bar at the restaurant wasn't open for the duration of our holiday which was disappointing. Some dishes weren't warm enough for my liking. WIFI was generally poor and the TV signal was non existent in the room.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious with good AC and had direct access to the pool from a large patio area equipped with a table and chairs as well as sun loungers.

We had no problem with the hotel at all, we were just sorry that there was no fruit section in the afternoon SnackBar and that they don‘t serve Aperol Spritz in the bar. Also, the buffet style dishes became quite repetitiv after a week of eating in the hotel.

The hotel provided a very nice stay for us. The rooms were clean and very light, we had private sunbeds for our room as well. The staff was really nice, they helped everytime we needed some advice. There is a wild range of food in the restaurant, they are delicious as well, however became a quit repetitiv after s while. The entertainment and the programs were nice. The garden is beautiful, the pools are very clean.

The service was friendly throughout the hotel. The standard of cleaning was high. The dinner buffet had a changing theme every night and a wide variety of food options. At breakfast, it was possible to get different omelettes from the chef. The pool area was cozy and we especially liked the shared pool next to our room, which guaranteed great privacy.

Very bad. Only upon arrival, they assigned a room that did not match the photos at all, and was dirty. They changed to another, more modern one, we didn't check well a room properly because we were late, we just left our bags and went to the city. When we returned to the room and entered the bathroom, we noticed that the shower door was broken, the cabinet was swollen with a broken handle, and the shower gel were used. There are bird droppings on the balcony, a bird's nest near the air conditioner unit, everything is very dirty. When asked to change the shower gel to an unused one at the reception, they replied that they could only do it tomorrow. I also asked for a bottle of drinking water because we had an all-inclusive package, and he replied that I needed my own bottle or went to the market. It was late at night so I had to stay asleep but it was impossible due to the loud noise of the refrigerator and air conditioning unit. In the morning we asked for a refund for the remaining two nights, they agreed, but asked us to move out by 11 a.m. We moved out, but unfortunately we got back 47e of the 200e. As for the place, the environment is terrible, the food we ate only once was served terribly and tasteless. I do not recommend a spoiled vacation to anyone, I will write to all possible places about this hotel, at least you will never see our compatriots again.
