The bedrooms and bathrooms are looking a bit tired and old and really needs some refurbishment and updating.

The location of this hotel at this price is excellent and the main reason I chose to stay here again.

The rooms and bathroom are rather smaller, a bit of noise from the street but if you close the window it's ok.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, location right in the old town. Kettle with tea and coffee.

View and location unbelievable, the seaview rooms are amazing. Basic but very clean hotel, comfy bed, small old-fashioned bathroom but adequate as what do u need with that view.

Location, View, Stuff

The location of the hotel is very good, at the promenade of the old port of Chania, consequently the view was very nice. The stuff was very firendly and helpful. The room was clean. Hoewever, some small renovation would make the hotel look more modern.

The facilities are quite old, but acceptable according to the price.

The balcony has the best view of the lighthouse. Reasonable price. I chose this hotel 6 years ago and still chose here to stay this time.

The external doors and windows were amazing at keeping the street noise out but the internal noise of other guests could be loud at times.

The hotel was great, nothing too fancy but amazing for the cost. The view was incredible, in an excellent location. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Great location in the old town overlooking the harbour. Friendly staff and kept spotlessly clean. Perfect for a short stay.

The down part of beeing in the centre is the noise from the street and also my room was opposite of a kitchen restaurant and all the smell of food was in my room

The location is excellent. Right on the harbour. Lovely views fro balcony even from rooms on the side of the building.

Right on the harbour front it was very basic but clean. The luggage store is actually just dumping your bags at reception but our gear was safe. We were tired after a long 2 week hiking trip so not too bothered but if you're staying in the area longer than a night or two perhaps look elsewhere. No sockets near the beds and there's a hole cut out of the bathroom door to get it past the basin so it closes which we found funny but others might not.

Lovely Hotel in a great location with a great view from the room. Friendly staff and the breakfast was good value. Beds were very comfortable and kettle and fridge in room too.

Room had direct Seaview and the interior was 80‘s style, but very clean and functional. We had a fridge in the room which is a big plus as well as coffee & tea making facilities. The balcony doors cut out all noise from bars and restaurants below once closed. Room was equipped with an AC which we did not use however so cannot comment. Breakfast is simple yet has enough to get you started. Eggs, one type of cheese/ham, Greek Joghurt, jams/honey, cake. The best was the freshly pressed orange juice. Staff were all very friendly. We can recommend room 310 however it has twin beds so couples might not like it.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but ate locally. The breakfast room looked a bit dark.

We knew it would be a bit noisy at night but our balcony was almost learning over the front of the harbour so an absolute perfect location for all the action. The hotel was dead centre of the old venetian harbour and was surrounded by lovely tavernas, shops and bars. Being central it was easy to walk to to all of the major sites in Chania.

Bathroom was too small.

Location and view. Even though i was in a partial side view room, I could see the lighthouse and the port. It was really beautiful. Room and bathroom were cleaned up everyday.

Arriving at 1.30am access to the hotel was on foot about 100 metres from taxi drop off point.
