Room was nice Breakfast is enough Sea is near Reception staff is very good

Everything was great except the bed

It was beyond our expectations that the springs in the bed of such a high-quality hotel would dig into one's back.

Every aspect was great

The lift doors close harshly and too quick. They only have sensors at the top and bottom. My husband was behind me after I entered, and the doors started to close so he put his arm in for the sensor to reopen the door but it did not. He pulled his arm out just in time otherwise he would have hurt himself for sure. Also the young girls who go around at breakfast time to serve coffee. On 2 occasions they poured coffee for one of us then walked away without asking the other. We asked one of the gentlemen to tell them to return as we wanted more coffee and it took over 15 minutes. They leave the room for lengthy periods during the busy breakfast time. Maybe a coffee station can be set up so we can get our own coffee when they disappear.

This is not a 5 Star Hotel, Was not clean, had a strange smell in the room. the stuff was not friendly. I will not recomand this hotel!

Near the beach, they give you a chaise lounge and towel for free; you also get a royal breakfast that is delicious with a big variety of food.+ most of the stuff is friendly … I’m used to this hotel it’s my 4th visit …

I paid for a 5-star hotel, but I got a room with short shower curtains in the toilet; is this really 5-star? Every time I shower, the water goes on the floor and I have to clean it because the curtain is too short, which makes me very frustrated. The room is small but very clean, and the cleaning lady is very friendly and helpful.

Lucy Hotel was an amazing experience! It is the first time I see a place where EVERYONE is so smiley, supportive, kind and respectful - from the cleaning lady to the valet. The room is very comfortable, beds are comfy too, the view is absolutely breath-taking. Breakfast is extremely rich and offers anything you may need, including home-made cakes. The pool bar is great for a cocktail in the afternoon. The spa is also very well maintained and convenient. The room was impeccably clean! The reception staff was extremely supportive for literally everything we needed or had as a query. The lobby bar also offers great refreshments for late night talks. The hotel also has a charging station for electric vehicles which is super convenient. The location is very communicative - Kavala city centre is 3-4 minutes by car. But most of all, the people/personnel is what makes a difference. I am amazed and I will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

The canal in the room was partially blocked and was not working properly, so this is something that may be checked more regularly I guess.
