The room and balcony with see view.

There is little variety in the food options and the management is not willing to improve and is not available for discussion.

Helpful staff, nice size pool, good entrance to the sea with nice beach.

Air conditioning not working, light turned off in the whole room one day but we were offered a different room.

The staff cleaned every day and told us to leave towels on the floor if we wanted them changed. The pool was nice size and good for children. The sea and the beach are very nice as well right in front of the hotel.

There are too many wasps and we couldn’t see that they were trying to fix this problem as they were everywhere. The shower needs deep clean as it had mould as well as the curtain in the shower. The food was not varied as it was pretty much the same every day. The juice and tea coffee was only available in the morning. There were uncovered wires in the pool. There was no shop in walking distance. For those who want night walks or any nightlife you need a car or choose a different hotel overall.

We liked pool very much. Also room's balcony was large. Beach is immediately next to hotel. It is not a great beach, but it is OK. Food was sometimes excellent, but not always. There was aircondition in the room, but we didn't use it once, there was no need, because somehow it is not hot in the room. There is parking, although other drivers are sometimes inconsiderately parked.

Wasps, wasps, wasps. It is impossible to be there... There are millions of them. You cannot eat at peace even inside. Both my kids and wife got stung. Also don't count on having wi-fi in the rooms. It happens only occasionaly to have signal. Poor choice of beverages at breakfast and no bevarages for dinner. There is not even water dispensers at all. There were some other minor issues too...

The location of the hotel is ok if you like to travel to some other beach every day, located between the best beaches on the island Paradise beach and Golden beach. The breakfast was basic; the diner was ok.

This isn't a hotel with 3 stars, you don't have any amenities or entertainment in the hotel, the bar is empty with small offering of drinks. And you have big problem with the wasps, i don't recommend this hotel to anyone who is allergic to wasps.

The reception man was not friendly and professional. The food area was dirty, the tables were not clean, poor variety of food and the coffee machine was broken. Water to drink was not included at any meals.

We stayed here for 9 days and we were very disappointed with the hotel ,I’ll give it 2 stars maybe .The pictures that are here maybe were taken years ago .We booked a suite ,the shower was broken ,the closet was broken ,the mattress and pillows are super uncomfortable. One day we didn’t have water for like 8 hours ,so was no way to shower that day ,the electricity goes down too sometimes . As for the food ,same thing every day ,cold food ,pasta but no sauce ,no dessert,no water or any kind of drinks besides some cheap juice and coffee. Not enough tables for the people to sit and eat .The pool bar was closed so it’s no way to buy any drinks or water ,you have to drive to the market for that .I will definitely never go back to this hotel and will not recommend to anyone.Way to expensive for what they offer .

    Nothing

We didn't choose the hotel, we came here to meet friends. I was aware of what the situation would be like even when I saw the furnishings in the photos and I didn't have high expectations. However, they managed to surprise me with a shockingly squeaky clean and well-maintained facility. The most disgusting thing was the Shein sticker from a swimsuit bottom stuck to the bedside lamp in the bedroom. The second day, a maid came to make the beds/towels and again she didn't notice and the sticker was still on the bedside lamp. The food offered at the meals is disgusting and semi-finished (from jars and cans). There's probably a lack of ventilation in the kitchen because the whole hotel smells like food.

    Location

This was my third stay at this hotel — and definitely the most memorable, though unfortunately not in a good way. In the past, I enjoyed full board with great food and service. This year, I went for breakfast and dinner, which turned out to be more of a survival challenge than a culinary experience. Breakfast "variety" consisted of boiled eggs and pastries — omelets were apparently on vacation. Dinner wasn’t much better. The concept of variety must have been left in last season. There’s no beach bar (surprise!) and not a single water or soda vending machine in sight — because hydration is clearly overrated. Housekeeping? Only if you go on a quest and beg for it. Otherwise, your room stays exactly as you left it — forever. The entire hotel seems to be run by three brave souls: one receptionist, one waiter, and one housekeeper. I can only imagine the owner proudly thinking, “Why hire more when three can do the job of twenty?” Last year, rooms were cleaned daily and service in the restaurant was quick. This year, the contrast is shocking. The rooms themselves are fine — things work, at least. But the photos of the beach and the bar? Pure fiction. You’ll be looking for them like a mirage in the desert. Thankfully, the hotel owner has not yet found a way to ruin the natural beauty of the surroundings. Everything else? He’s doing a stellar job at it.

We chose this hotel for its promise of peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded resorts. And yes, it was quiet... except for the walls. I kid you not – the walls are so thin, I now know that my neighbor's cousin has a cat named "Mitsos" and that they argue about feta cheese recipes. Privacy? A distant dream. The rooms? Decent. Not luxurious, but you’ve got a place to sleep – assuming you’re okay with live audio updates from the rooms next door. The building itself seems to be made from leftover materials... possibly cardboard and good intentions. Now for the bright side – reception staff were outstanding. Genuinely helpful, kind, and eager to fix any issue. Hats off to them – they’re the true stars of this place. Honestly, they deserve to work in a better hotel. Overall? Disappointed by the conditions, impressed by the reception staff. This place could be a hidden gem – but right now, it’s more of a "hidden joke." If management invests in better soundproofing, food, and guest discipline, it could be great. Until then, come prepared – mentally and culinarily. 😊

Breakfast? Let’s just say it was the same uninspired offering every single day. You could set your watch to it. Bland, minimal, and clearly afraid of seasoning. Dinner wasn’t much better – repetitive and barely edible. We had to go out to town to eat properly, despite meals being included in the price. Irony? Served daily. Housekeeping is like a rare Pokémon – people say it exists, but sightings are few. In 7 days, we saw the cleaning staff exactly once. As for towels, we had to go on a personal quest to reception, armed with humility and hope. The pool area? It's a bit of a jungle. Loud guests, unruly kids doing cannonballs, and everyone playing DJ on their phones. If you value peace, bring noise-cancelling headphones and maybe a meditation app.

The hotel was full, well stocked and well organised. Everyone was polite and helpful. The room was very nice, with a very comfortable bed and a balcony with a sea view. The room was clean, the bathroom had some minor stains due to age, not uncleanliness.

The shower was broken in our room. When we notified the staff, they promised to fix it the next morning and that never happened. We have health issues with gluten, so when we asked what we could eat from the restaurant menu (as in no gluten in sauces, etc), the staff recommended the fish. It was indeed without gluten, though on the first night it was a little raw and on the second night it seemed spoiled. Otherwise the food was great. Would return again.
