Our group of 3 families had some problems. Couple of air-condition did not work. For example in our villa the child room air conditioning did not work also for a friend as well. They gave us spair room and tried to fix. However we got a lot of argues before any action. Like we are not ok like all is working, they also don't transfer the massages from one shift to another, so they are mistakes that causes bad feelings. I think the service must improve, we solved all with the lady owner, but that's should have been solved in better way, faster and in a good mood. And still i might come back. Just check the air-condition before 😂

The place ia a amazing,great beach, great pools and great quiet place to relax. We took the villa with the pool. It was amazing room and amazing pool. The view and gardens are great.

I can’t say there’s any major downside. Guests should be aware that, depending on the room location, there are quite a few stairs to reach the beach, the pool, and the breakfast area. Therefore, anyone with mobility issues should coordinate with the hotel regarding the room choice. The restaurant prices are a bit on the high side compared to what is offered.

Spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean room with a breathtaking view of the endless sea. Fantastic large sandy beach right in front of the hotel, with sunbeds and towels provided by the hotel. Clean swimming pool with great facilities. Lovely breakfast served in a spot with equally amazing views. Very polite and welcoming staff.

For the price and standards of the hotel in room available amenities at the minibar and FOC coffee/tea were missing. Sun beds could be maintained better. Espresso coffee offered could be of better taste.

Room was very good, roomy, clean and aesthetically beautiful. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was not very diversified, but it was more than enough, as what was offered was tasty and fresh. Staff very friendly and eager to assist serve you.

Pricing in the restaurant needs looking at . Food great as is the location if the terrace but far more customers would use it if prices adjusted a bit

Location excellent with its own beach just down the path . Staff lovely Kiki working single handedly behind the pool bar was amazing and the restaurant and reception staff friendly and accommodating . Food in the restaurant very good just pricey . Would definitely return

It’s quite a long drive off the main road - not easy to find…/ newer upgraded road signage needs to also be addressed. Be careful that you have good phone coverage bc you will need a gps to find it and at night there are many areas that have zero path lighting…it’s all black- without lights, you can’t see much. My Vodaphone phone network would not connect but I was so glad my husband had Cosmote!! Take note… 🙏🏼🇬🇷🧿❤️

The resort is absolutely magnificent - the fact that it is connected to a private beach which is only available to the hotel guests is definitely a highlight. The beach is clean,sandy ( not rocky) unlike many beaches in Greece. They supply you with sun beds too so it’s really inviting to go swimming. We loved it! We had booked the Honeymoon suite which was superior in every way … 🙏🏼

The breakfast was not up to standard with many canned products although the region of Ahaia is famous for its dairy products,fruits and vegetables. Also dinner plates and serving etiquette need improvement. Overall food quality and dining arrangements is a weak point of an otherwise first class hotel.

The feeling was that everything was very bare - there were hardly any amenities in the room, besides the bare necessities. No „coffee corner“, no clothes rack, no body lotion and conditioner, super minimal. The bar closes quite early, so there’s no bar service in the evening (we really anticipated a drink at sunset… :() Bfast is very basic and some thing runs out (when asked for more we were told we should have come earlier), the coffee is horrible, and an espresso and Greek coffee were charged extra (we didn’t even know we‘d be expected to pay for it). For a 4 star hotel, costing almost 500eu/night, we expected sooooooo much more!

No coffee machine, or kettle. For that price would have been nice or even a bottle of water for each person just makes that extra difference which most hotels at that price would offer.

Bathroom smelled a bit musty. Also, it seems that sea turtles are hatching on this beach. It would be lovely to see those areas protected.

WARNING DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. As soon as we checked in we made a request that that the air conditioner was not working. After 5 days we got no sleep as the air conditioner was not fixed, it was very hot. Staff did not attend to the broken air conditioner which clearly had a fault error code flashing on the unit. Breakfast was terrible, very limited of everything and some the bain maries were empty all morning. Wifi was terrible. We ordered a lunch dish which was leftovers from breakfast. Overall very disappointed. We seriously suggest finding an alternative hotel for the money they charge.

Close proximity to the beach and was in a nice part of Ilias.
