The walk down to the beach. Very steep steps - if you have mobility issues would not recommend.

Stunning views across the harbour. Especially at night. Breakfasts were good. Staff very helpful. Our room was huge with a lovely balcony.

Very nice hotel with an amazing view on Batsi. As it is mention on previous reviews, the hotel is quite oldish, but it is very clean, the staff is very kind and helpfull, and the view form the balcony is just stunning! It compensate definitely the old style of the hotel. The breakfast is also very good.

Wow! Sophia & Georgia were fantastic. I couldn’t have had a better stay. This hotel is in fab location with stunning, extra large pool and a beach walk some stairs below. Plenty restaurants and view for days. I’ll definitely be back

The breakfast is not fantastic. Sometimes it is best to have less options, but better quality. Improvement here could be made easily.

A very pleasant two night staying. The hotel style is quite old and it needs some remodeling, but it is comfortable and the location is prime (might have the best view over Batsi). Staff is super nice and very helpful and welcoming.

We had an amazing time at Mare Vista. We stayed for three weeks and it was absolutely perfect. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. There was plenty of water in the bathroom which might be rare on an island (last year we stayed in an other hotel and they would often run out of water). The room is cleaned and fresh towels are provided everyday. The location is great, right above Batsì, one of the main centers of the island. At breakfast there was a wide variety of choice and all food was delicious. All the staff was amazing. A special mention for Sophia who works at the reception. She’s a very kind and friendly woman whom now we can call a friend. She has a lovely dog, Leonidas, we would have taken him back home with us but he loves his mama too much and so does she 🤣 We’ll always cherish the wonderful moments we had at Mare Vista. Eukaristó, everybody!

It would have been nice to have had plates and cutlery in the room for preparing food as there is a fridge and microwave. The room (budget family apartment) didn't have a tumble drier and there was a limited view but it was great for us for 3 nights.

Sophia was amazing! Helped us with any questions and with hiring a car and giving us advice on where to visit on Andros. The hotel also organised a taxi to collect us from the port. All the staff were really lovely. Good breakfast, large pool, beautiful views and a short walk down to the town and beach - great!

Some revamp in the rooms is needed. While we had booked a room with kitchenette, this only consisted of a mini fridge and microwave so we couldn't cook. We changed room after one night because the first one had practically no day light.

The kids love the arrangement of the appartment. And we love especially the balcony with the fantastic view over Batsi, although that means, that there are quite some steps to overcome to reach the very nice sandy beach with some trees. It's the second time we went there. Quite big pool, very clean.

The rooms were a bit run down and we had a problem with ants. My son woke in the night covered with ants. The hotel staff were very apologetic the following morning and gave us free ouzo.

Amazing hotel with exceptional facilities. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a little terrace with the most wonderful view over Batsi. Breakfast had a variety of traditional options and everything was tasty! The pool was clean and big and we enjoyed our coffee relaxing a few times. The hotel is situated 5 min on foot from Batsi, a great place with restaurants, bars and clubs as well as beaches. All in all, excellent experience, would totally recommend!!!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were able to suggest sightseeing and arranged taxi transportation for us. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The room was very comfortable with balconies opening up to an astonishing view. We were able to walk to the shops.
