My only complaint about the property is the bathroom was much too small.

The property has very comfortable beds, a nice area for eating breakfast and a beautiful pool area. It also is a great location for those who rented a car as it provides a parking lot and it is on a main road which was easy access. The staff was exceptional and constantly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They would help book us taxis whenever we needed one. And they were also very lenient about us, leaving our luggage, a couple hours past our checkout time.

There was a small shower room near the pool which was useful, however, it did not have a toilet, the shower head was not attached the wall, there was no hook to hang your clothes or towel on, and no shelf to put your toiletries on. The nearest toilet was through reception, which was not close to the pool. It would be great if the hotel could renovate the shower room and upgrade the facilities as this would improve the experience by the pool massively. I’m hopeful that this is something they will do as they seem to be continually improving the hotel. Our only other issue was there was no bedroom bin, but this wasn’t a huge concern as the cleaners still took our rubbish that we left in a pile e.g. empty water bottles etc. However these issues didn’t impact the quality of stay and we would still highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Our stay at Margarita was amazing and we would highly recommend staying here. Elisa was so attentive, friendly and helpful. She talked us through the island and helped us plan our stay. We booked a double room but were upgraded for free to the suite which was amazing! The price of this hotel was very reasonable for Fira. Breakfast was included in our stay and had a good selection of food. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was clean and very comfortable, and we had a coffee table and chairs, and make up vanity section. There was space to hang up clothes, keep suitcases and a fridge. The bathroom was huge with a big bath tub and an overhead rainfall shower. There were plenty of soft white towels and complimentary toiletries. Our little terrace had a private jacuzzi but this was an additional cost. We didn’t use it as we were not in the room much as we were busy exploring, and it isn’t the most secluded. The little terrace area had a table and chairs but did not have anywhere to hang swimsuits which would’ve been useful. Our room was close to the street, but it was not particularly noisy, even at night, and did not disturb us but I would recommend earplugs if you’re very sensitive to noise. The location was great, it was away from the town centre, making it quiet and peaceful, but easily accessible on foot (5-10 mins walk). It is close to shops, restaurants and bakeries etc. and is central on the island, making it a great location to explore every corner of Santorini. The swimming pool and pool bar were amazing. The area was so clean and decorated well. It was never busy and you could always find a sun lounger. On our last day they let us stay by the pool all day even after we had checked out. We had lunch from the pool bar and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. There was a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. Elisa helped us get a good deal with our airport transfer.

Great localisation - close to Fira and Imerovigli, restaurants with view of caldera and shops. Swimming pool in the back of hotel. Clean and tidy room. Great, friendly and polite staff, especially Efrem, Anthippi, Georgia and Elisa. Good breakfast, but could be bigger variety. Possibility to leave suitcase before and after check-in/out.

The hotel location was fab, couldn’t fault the rooms as we paid a great price to stay here. Around the pools and rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly! The cocktails and food were excellent, especially the Pina colada’s🥰

Bedroom had an occasional sewage smell from shower / wash basin but the hotel informs us that bad smell from the drainage system is general problem in Cyclades!

Our stay was amazing! The pace was so beautiful, spacious, and clean. We even got a free upgrade which was incredible. Pool was lovely with a bar outside top selling drinks and food. Amazing views from our room, Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were so sweet and friendly and spoke English so well which made it easier to communicate. The location is perfect. You’re a 10 min easy walk from any main attractions or bus pick up spots. The biggest breakfast is fresh with a variety of options to choose from.

The bathrooms, particularly the shower was very outdated and difficult to use due to minimal space. It was a bit of a shame as the rest of the hotel was beautiful but bathrooms need some love.

Margarita hotel was in an excellent location, just out of the hustle and bustle but easy to get around. Staff were incredible very helpful and attentive to all our needs and responding promptly. Pool facilities and bar were great and bed was also very comfortable.

Room was very small for twin beds & we were constantly bashing our shins on bed frames. Bathroom also tiny - showering a challenge with curtain seemingly glued to your back constantly (& this was two small women sharing a room)!

The pool area's design means that any water leaving the pool (think: dripping bathers exiting or children playing) results in a stream that reaches the street below. The hotel may not be the most child-friendly for this reason as we did not get a very welcome vibe in that sense. There is also a bit of street noise, given the location. Nothing unreasonable and certainly not a party atmosphere. The bathroom in our room at least is sorely in need of remodeling.

We are quite familiar with Fira, so we knew this location was ideal and much more affordable than the alternatives with the caldera side view. The hotel has a beautiful styling, and the hotel staff who greeted us on arrival and checkout (Alessia?) was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
