Well, we did not expect much from the food at a Greek four star quite old hotel, but still the food was not good. Sometimes we had to struggle to find some decent meat or fish. We also informed the hotel well in advance that one of us in on a strict gluten free diet. They answered that it is not a problem but we we arrived at the hotel it was a problem and it took them two days before they started to prepare something without gluten.

We liked the pool area and the fact that our room was split into two sections. One for the kids and the other for us. The salad and ice cream buffet was awesome.

Good selection of food, All staff very friendly and helpful especially a Nice lady Eileen on morning reception who especially was helpful in assisting us in communication with the Airline to find our post luggage.

A little too quiet for me, especially evenings. Food not that good. What was offered was warm. 1 morning had scrambled egg and it was off!!! No British people.

How polite the staff were and very helpful. Spotless, rooms cleaned every day. Plenty of sunbeds.

Internet connectivity is unstable and after several attempts to login-in we gave up.

We stayed in the hotel for the 2nd time (within 2 weeks) and they offered/ provided us with a superior room (FoC upgrade) in a newly built block. The overall service is a good value for money (at least in September).

Food was good - variety and taste. Location of the hotel: beach is 10-15 minutes away. Nearby are shops and sightseeing tours. Room, lobby and restaurant were always clean

We can definitely recommend this hotel to others. Very nice staff, the food was good - there is always something that you can find for yourself. The drinks were very delicious. It’s very nice and calm place where you can spend your holiday peacefully. We didn’t like the food. The breakfast was literally the same every morning for 7 days and not a big selection. For lunch sometimes they served mirelit chicken nuggets or something similar. For lunch and dinner we had some variety, but they offered really similar dishes every day and same salads, even tough they had a good variety of salads. The desert selection was really poor. At the pool there is a bar, however they didn’t offer the best cocktails.

We booked a superior room, which was really nice and clean. The hotel is around 5 mins from the beach. On our firt day we arrived after 10pm and they saved us some dinner. The hotel staff was really nice.

The buffet menu (especially breakfast) was always the same - English breakfast in variations. The lunch and dinner had almost no Greek dishes (only salads and desserts). The air condition whatever temperature we set (we even tried 26°C) was working normally as expected until the middle of the night, when it made us "freeze" and we had to get out of the bed to turn it off (there is no remote).

We loved the quite location and easy parking (at least during covid). We enjoyed the new amenities (got a free upgrade to superior room) and staff which was generally very polite and helpful and made the stay very comfortable.

- No bottled water nor water tanks available in hotel. There was only tap water served in all areas. Tap water is on Rhodos drinkable, but for me it tastet like a pool water. - We would rate food with 3*. Dishes and food choices were not really abundant. There was always 1 pasta dish available, 2 meet dishes, 1 fish dish (almost every time cooked fish in sause with different vegetables), 2 main side dishes (potato, rice) and 2 vegetable dishes. I must admit greek food was really good, but everything else what is classic for average EU citizen was somewhat disappointing, especially pasta dishes. For me a big downside was poor fruit selection for breakfast almost only watermelon and peaches form can 😢. No fruit juices available, only soda drinks or sirup juices…. Really disturbing at breakfast. - Beach towels weren’t available, according to staff because of COVID policy. Could be a problem if you are traveling with a hand luggage. - No laundry area, no fitness center, absolutely no entertainment ether for kids nor for adults.

Really good looking hotel with nice furniture. Hotel definitely deserves 4* for rooms cleanliness, hotel garden and pool area with sun-beds under olive trees, there are in also pool bar area olive trees and flowers. Free Parking available, what is practical if you rent a car. I must say that staff really respected COVID restrictions and rules (glove and masks were worn during collecting food at meals). Decent cocktails at pool bar.

Nice and calm hotel. We’ve been there in august and we enjoy it for less people at the place. Food and drinks are good for the price. Best is the salad table. Personal was friendly and helpful. Hotel service every day. It seems that hotel is older than others in this area, but if you are lookin for something cheap and friendly, this is good place to choose. We have been at the see and on the trips around a lot and we enjoy that we have a place to stay in the evening and pool for the morning wake up routin.

I'm a vegetarian and the food was tomato pasta every day for lunch and dinner. Salad bar was good. Food was awful, if possible dont book all inclusive. Not branded fizzy drinks either. I did complain to the front desk about the vegetarian options as I emailed before we booked to ask if they do veggie food. Nothing changed though.

Internet connection. WI-Fi didn't work everywhere, poor connection quality. There is no fitness facilities, - 4*star hotel... Otherwise nothing more to complain.

Location is good. Outdoor bar and pool are located in the inside yard, which is making time spent there more comfortable and pleasant. Food is excellent! Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable. Stuff is very polite, at some point they try to teach me some Greek words and phrases.

We didn't like much about this hotel. The food was shocking. Very little to choose from, nothing written in English so didnt know what anything was. We ate only from the salad bar the entire time. Breakfast did the job. Nice selection of fruit but it was rock hard. All drinks watered down, we ended up buying our own from supermarkets outside the hotel. No drinking water included in this hotel, you have to buy it separately from the shop in the hotel (1€) but is cheaper if you go to a supermarket ... we found this bizarre. The atmosphere in the dining room was dier, it was freezing, lifeless with no music. It made us so depressed we left the hotel and ate out for dinner. The staff were grumpy and rude. We were not welcomed and would not recommend going if you are British. People stared at us, the staff seemed annoyed when we asked questions however they greeted all other guests in their own languages or sometimes even English! We noticed when we left, there were a number of national flags but not a British/english flag. The location wasn't great. A lot nicer hotels closer to the beach. Overall, horrendous experience and would never go back. This is not a 4 star hotel. More like 2 star with 3 star rooms.

- Wi-Fi was not working properly almost all the time, it was unstable and slow - impossible to use on laptop, we gave up on it after 1 day - Check-out time on Booking page is written until 12.00, but in reality it is until 11.00 But these are just small things, which we did not mind that much, since the whole stay was great :)

Overall all was great, we received spacious room, I did not expect such nice and renovated room. The food was also good. The staff was very nice, answered all of my questions, helped with everything, printed our PLF files, also cleanliness was great. The distance to the beach/town was not that far away as expected from the map. Thank you Marianna Palace for making our holiday even better ❤
