Food for breakfast is good, but that's it. We stayed 9 nights, and it got boring to eat the same food.

The location is good, the beach is not that far, some 10min walking. It gets louder at night, but I guess somewhere else would be even louder. I recommend Marietta studios.

Excellent location, quiet surroundings (but close to all the interesting activities, restaurants and bars), nicest staff we have met. We highly recommend this accommodation, certainly no one will regret it. I think i can say it's best option so far for that price.

Great place for this price for sure! So nice people who manage it. Interior looks pretty modest and old school but very clean. We had working air conditioner, fridge and extra bed for our child. View from balcony also is good. Breakfast also is nice and Felariki beach with super clean water is in only 5-7 min walk. Apartment located in very touristic center of town and you can find everything there. Amazing place with amazing hosts!

The hotel owners are super nice, they are really helpful and love the customers. My little girl get a welcome present as well. The room is really clean and the breakfast is good too. The location of the hotel is awsome, near to the center, beach and the shops too, even quite at day and night.

It was only one night but we had a really nice stay and a good sleep at this hotel :) Marieta and Giannis were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was diverse & delicious! Close to Anthony Quinn Bay which was a plus.

We really enjoyed our one week vacation at Marieta-Giannis hotel :) Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had everything we needed: boiled eggs, bread, cheese, ham, Greek yogurt, feta cheese, olives, etc. The beach is 7-8 mins away. Also, the way to the beach is flat, so we didn’t need to climb on any hills. The location is perfect – close to the main streets, restaurants, bus stops. It’s possible to walk to the Astronomy Cafe, Anthony Quinn Bay and even to the Water Park. Marieta and Giannis were super kind, and we were treated like family – thanks a lot for your outstanding hospitality! We definitely recommend this place and will be happy to come back next summer!

Breakfast was wonderful. We asked for breakfast to be gluten and lactose-free, and they took great care of this every morning. We are very satisfied with them. The location is awesome, close to the city center and to the beach, but far enough away to not be disturbed by night noises. We loved it!

We came as tourists and we left as friends. When we arrived they didn't let us pay for the room until we didn't eat breakfast, although we were not entitled to have breakfast that day since we arrived earlier than expected, however we got exposed to the Greek hospitality from the very beginning. Guys, I give you an advice. Don't book rooms from big hotels anymote, try family owned businesses like this one and you will be treated as family. They gave us all the information we needed and went some extra mile, called the bus company, booked a taxi for us and much more. The rooms are big enough, the bed also. We had no problem sleeping with our 4 yo in the same bed, although they proposed us to bring another smaller bed, but that was not needed. The room was cleaned every single day, new towels daily. Breakfast is fullfilling and diverse. In the balcony there is a line dryer for clothes, which we found very helpful. The location is 5 minutes from the bus that brings you to Rhodes Town, Lindos or any other important locations on the island. Also 5 minutes walking to the closest beach and or the city center. OK, mak it 10 minutes if you are lasier 😂 All in all, 10/10 experience.

Main street is nearby, so you can hear noise, but overall it's not so disturbing.

Hospitality and kindness of Marieta and Giannis make this place very cozy and homelike! Breakfast was very tasty, greek yogurt as a part of it. Hotel is allocated at a very convenient place in terms of communication - close to public transport, and also close to the beach ⛱️ My stay was very enjoyable!

Very warm welcoming host, good breakfast, perfect location, very close to beach - 5 minutes walking, and 3 minutes walking from center, and very quite in room, no noise from any bars or restaurants, room was perfectly clean, nice view from apartment, also host let me in 2 hours before the official checking in time, which was very helpful for me.

Wonderful and caring family (who runs the hotel) , perfect for people who travel alone and also for people who enjoy to learn more about the culture, the language and the island itself. We had a wonderful stay here. Marieta and her family are the nicest people we have ever met on all our vacations. They always welcomed us with smile on their faces and the atmosphere in the accommodation is magical thanks to them. Marieta was also very kind to our child and she gave us more than we expected. We asked about borrowing a baby potty and they bought a new one for our baby. They prepared for us also cotty and borrow us a kettle for preparing milk. Words cannot express how nice person Marieta is. We felt very welcome here. Also the breakfast was very tasty and the location is perfect! A lots of bars and restaurant around the hotel. Parking is no problem here. They have a huge own parking place. I really recommed this accommodation! Thank you, Nikola and her family.
