Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was a little hot in room, when we return in the evening , but during half-hours the temperature was comfortable.
Thera are very friendly staff, and good location. Pure quiet place.

The location, right in front of the hotel there is Poseidon avenue with 24/7 traffic. If you stay at this hotel, ask for a room in the back far away from the avenue.
Great location, just across from Alimos Marina. Good for a short stay. Great parking and friendly staff.

our rooms were next to side road and another main road, very noise, we were at floor number 2, hard to sleep and if slept you will wake up early due of noise.

Not much amenities such as hair dryer for foreign travelers especially US travelers since we have different voltage. Electrical plugs need to be better and some of plugs could be used because of plugs diameter were smaller than some older ones.
Street side was very noise even with sliding door was closed. Nothing much it can do but may be double pane sliding door may help.

close to main road which is very busy and load 24hrs a day. Its so load its hard to sleep but the hotel offers ear plugs for that reason.

The AC could be a little bit more effective. The street noise is quite loud even though there are double glazed windows. It might be a bit basic for longer stays.
We were allowed to check in long before the check-in time which was really kind and appreciated as our overnight flight arrived at 4.30 in the morning! The apartment was very clean and offered all the amenities you needed for a short stay. We stayed 2 nights. Very close to the marina which suited us as we went sailing.

The AC didn't work for one of the bedrooms and was a little weak in the living room.

It is a bit old fashion.
The location was very accessible with own parking place. The hotel is close to good restaurants and a coffee shop. Although it is near a main boulevard, the rooms were quiet.

The air con was poor and with the noise of the road we were unable to have the door open at night due to the noise. The instructions handout states that rooms are cleaned daily but we had to ask as apparently due to covid restrictions they do not automatically clean, so these should be updated. No plug to use the bath tub, only discovered this on the last night as had showers in the week so not a huge issue.
Good location, close to tram and bus stops and only half an hour to local attractions. The beach was only 1 tram stop away. We stayed in a premier room and was pleased to have a front facing balcony. Good size bathroom and kitchen, bed was huge and very comfortable. Little interaction with the hotel staff but when we did they were friendly enough.

Property is on main carriageway. Noise from traffic is terrible and there were no warnings about this. The double glazing did nothing to block this out.
Location was fantastic. Flat was very spacious with large balcony. Reception staff were very friendly. Close to supermarket and transport.
