Lots of stairs - difficult for our elderly mother

Quiet location, slightly difficult as we didnt have a car - just caught bus in to the main town and walked to nearest supermarket; beach across the road was clean and calm Beautiful room with kitchenette and 2 balconies - well-presented

Everything was great!

We did enjoy our time spent at Mavra Studios. Our room was very clean and fancy. We did appreciate our balcony on which we had breakfast every morning. The beach was across the street where we've found a calm sea in a beautiful landscape with crystal water. The host is very nice, always willing to help and give directions. We recommend Mavra Studios as base to explore beautiful Lefkada.

Busy road to cross to get to the beach, but you just need to be patient and not in a hurry.

Very clean apartment, spacious with a great shower. Beautiful view right across from the beach where the sun lounges are free as long as you buy something even just a coffee. The host Gregory is very nice and very helpful with our suitcases.

We booked a room with no view, and we weren't impressed by the balcony. But for that price and location we hardly used the balcony, you just cross the street and you're at the loveliest beach (in our oppinion) on the east side of Lefkada, so it wasn't a big issue for us just something that we didn't enjoy as much as the rest of the stay.

Gregory and his staff were beyond welcoming. The room wasn't the same as the pictures- it was better. The stovetop was newer, and that wasn't stated. We had read that the beds were comfortable at Mavra, but oh man... like sleeping on the clouds. Regarding the noise- what the owner replies is also true. They have really good sound proofing windows and you can't hear anything when they're closed. Across the street is the beach and a beach bar. It's open until late, around 23h, so if you want to buy something to drink and have it on the beach in the evening, you can. The staff in the beach bar are so nice as well- having morning coffee at Lygia beach, and every morning a pleasant chat with an amazing staff... we were really impressed. I think the businesses have a different owner but it's really convenient. The location! The pharmacy is close by, restaurants are a walk away. Parking wasn't difficult for us, and I think it's beacause we booked our holiday in July. Honestly it's difficult to summarize the stay, you need to experience the warm welcoming nature of this stay by yourself which we highly recommend.

Very close to the main road. Мany stairs to the top floor.

Close to Lefkada town and with direct access to the beach. Nice room and building surroundings with attention to details. Good value.

We had a lot of stairs to get in the room on second floor but there is elevator to help you with baggage for half way

The host was very welcoming, actually popped over to the beach to say hello and introduce himself 😁. Staff were all very friendly and gave us recommendations for local restaurants. Highly recommend Koutouki. Thank you! The room was a good size, with a fantastic view, along with all the amenities that we needed. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was modern with plenty of hot water. Mosquito nets on all windows and doors and plug-ins, so no problems with them. The hotel is opposite the beach where you have use of the free sun loungers and umbrellas and close to local restaurants.

Fabulous location. Small beach out the front with easy access to the remainder of the island. Magnificent views from the balcony out across the sea. Gregory the host is the bomb. Fantastic guy, helpful, super chilled and just makes things happen. Thoroughly recommend.

The host Gregory was wonderful and nothing was a bother for him, the location was great if you have a car to get around with and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The downside was the noise from being on the main street, making it difficult to stay with open windows. If you're not bothered by noise, it's still a great option.

The location was excellent, offering beautiful views and a clear-water beach right in front of the property. The staff were very friendly and accommodating ready to help and give information.

My husband, myself and two friends spent a very good week at this hotel which I would highly recommend. The rooms had everything you would need to include all cooking facilities, a fridge with a freezer, air conditioning and excellent wifi. The staff were not only friendly but more than helpful with their advice as to where to go. Everything was clean including our rooms which were cleaned every two days and fresh sheets and towels were provided on these days. Once outside and just across the street was the beech (there are rooms with a view to this) and restaurants were with a three minute walk although we found a restaurant within a six minute walk which was excellent (my husband and I holiday abroad at least twice a year and this was without doubt the best cooked Greek food we had eaten). I would like to give this hotel eleven out of ten but, not being possible it will receive my highest mark of ten out of ten.

Our room was perfect, the beach was right opposite and the view from our balcony was amazing. the sunrise over the Mediterranean was sublime. The staff and owner were friendly, helpful and always ready with suggestions and advice about where to go what to see and what do. We had an amazing time.

Clean and comfortable. Great place to stay. Plenty of good tavernas to eat in within short walking distance right on the sea front. Rented a motor boat from Davidos Rentals (1 min walk away) to explore the area, would highly recommend. Loved Lygia, peaceful. Highly recommend.
