Kids were exited about the pool. It was too small but they had fun.

From the doorman’s to the receptionist’s, all the employees are very friendly, always smiling. Very helpful. Good breakfast buffet. We used spa to within massage, it was ok. Stella from the guest relations l guess she helped a lot about the attractions, thanks to u we got to see Salvador Dali’s cybernetics experience. Kids loved it. The trainee Giorgios will be excellent hotel employees. He was always helpful with a smily face. Thank you all. The next time l know l m gonna stay at M.P

We had a room towards the harbour, which turned out to be noisy at night with many cars on the road. The view, however, compensated for the noise.

Excellent location, very close to the city center and many really excellent restaurants within less the 200 meters. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel warmly welcome. The breakfast is fabulous with a focus on Greek products.

Everything was perfect, from check in to check out. Comfortable bed, very clean hotel, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. I recommend this hotel with a wonderful view, but above all the location was good near center, restaurant and bars. Highly recommended ☺️!!

The lack of flexibility regarding the change of reservation given the fact that a conference was organised inside the hotel and I booked before the special price was announced. And my reservation was not refundable and although several months in advance the hotel resisted in making any changes...The same for the invoice. The hotel is very nice but rather expensive, especially booking it ~half a year in advance. They only thing is that they gave me a room with a view, but probably because the others were full (because I arrived later).

The room was spacious with fantastic view and in particular sunset (with a room facing the sea) and also good curtains to block the light in the morning. The bathroom was also nice with all the amenities. There was also a desk for the laptop, with enough plugs and also some free waters. The conference area is also very nice with a rather big room in the roof top and fantastic view to the sea and Mount Olympos. The location is in a very nice area close to the harbour, the "Ladadika" restaurants/bar area and walking distance to Aristotelous square. The lobby and breakfast area is also spacious and nice.

The breakfast was good, but no enough fresh products - i.e. the croissants were old, very small choice of cheese and yellow cheese. The spa was very disappointing - too small, cold pool, cold jacuzzi, not enough hot sauna.

The room was well furnished and cozy, very nice bathroom, you have also kettle to make coffee and tea. Breakfast was good, location is excellent - very close to the main square and places for eating and drinking. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was diverse and very good; Location is ultra-central but a little bit noisy. Anyway the soundproofing of the windows was good enough. Parking facility was a big advantage.

the Spa and the masage was closed on sunday all day because of some nail event. what me really made upset and if you are a muslim its not a hotel for you because for breakfast the from 10 sorts of meat only one of them is Turkey Ham all another Pork. and they changed my room without asking.

Great location. Excellent breakfast 👌 Friendly and helpful personnel. Cosy atmosphere. Family-friendly hotel. Tasty food at the restaurant and a big plus, the kid's menu. Valet service: Just request the car before leaving the room, and someone will bring it upfront. Spa as in the pictures, but it is small. So some will not feel comfortable sharing. We had a great time at the spa. Before going to the spa, it is recommended to call the hotel reception (9) to turn the sauna on. (sauna is off due to sustainability practice). Overall, we had a great time. If the opportunity comes, we will visit it again. Thanks for the lovely welcoming.
