Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe rain shower in the bath room was broken and unusable. It neededto be replaced
The meals were very good and reasonably priced. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel provides a regular shuttle bus to and from the centre of the city.

GreeceAs always the pillows are too soft. We have mentioned this every time. You get two pillows but they are too soft. The bed itself is very good.
Because we have visited so many times the Marriott Hotel I was upgraded. This was very nice. As I was travelling alone for work, my wife was "unhappy" that when all the times she came with me we were not upgraded. Hopefully next time again! The Asian restaurant upstairs is very good and could have a bigger menu.

Egypt*pillows are so soo low , my husband and I got stiff necks from day 1 * the hotel needs to diversify the clientele they are promoting to through agencies, the hotel capacity was 95 % elderly over 60 and 70. We were the only family with kids for our whole stay of 6 days. And the staff at the buffet made us aware of complaints from our kids being loud…which is basically kids being kids on vacation! I suggest they diversify their marketing or make it adults only policy or in this case seniors only. It really felt like an elderly home and our kids are not welcome.
The location is very convenient to cover the whole city, you are basically staying at a mid point from piraeaus port, glyfada area and downtown city center…so everything is 10-15 mins away by car. In general it was clean and good value for money.

United KingdomIt is quite a long way from the metro and too far to walk down to the old part of the city. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of restaurants in the area - I expected a pleasant sea front close to the hotel.
Good well run hotel close to the conference centre. The staff were helpful. My room was a good size and very comfortable. I didn’t use the gym.

GreeceWhat i do not like is that the pillows are too soft. Many years ago Marriott Hotel had always the best pillows and we even bought them for our private use. Now they are too soft. Yes you get two, but two soft makes it even worse when you lay your head on it.
The breakfast is very good and also they have added lactose free yogurt!

United StatesBreakfast, some staff members, spa. I booked a massage during the stay via phone. I received a call few minutes later to postpone it to 30 min later. When I went down for my massage, the reception lady I spoke to told me they had “a problem” with the massage lady and my appointment is canceled. I asked why she didn’t call me to let me know as I was in my room waiting for my appointment. Totally weird.. def not a 5 star hotel, quite run down.

United StatesThe breakfast is insanely expensive at 32 euro or dollars per person. I do t want to pig out in the morning. Ideally it would have been a workout and then some eggs and bacon and maybe some toast and coffee. But for two people at that price for five days forget it.

United KingdomThis is not something I didn’t like but more of a concern on the current mechanical services in the hotel. I believe they need an upgrade as they sound very old when putting on the heating or ac unit.
I’d like to thank the hotel staff for their warm and welcoming hospitality. The staff do everything so well to keep their guests comfortable and happy. I really enjoyed the E&O Restaurant at the roof top. Great food. In addition I’d like to thank the reception staff and the hotel manager for tending to my concerns in my room and giving me an upgrade to a much better room. This was truly appreciated
