We should have booked for two weeks instead of one ... everything else was perfect.

A totally amazing and fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, the food was delicious, the location was breathtaking, and the services and facilities were everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We had a waterfall suite, arrived on Saturday and didn't leave the room until Wednesday - because we were just enjoying the private pool, the room service food was delicious, and housekeeping catered to our lazy few days.

Beautiful place. The location, design, cleanliness & facilities (everything) was just great. Breakfast every morning was delightful and the restaurants on site had a nice varied menu for lunch and dinner too. The views from the rooms on the sunrise side are astounding. Beds very comfortable. The beach is lovely too.

Able to walk straight from my room to the private beach for a morning swim was wonderful. The grounds and layout meant that wherever you relaxed or walked the view and atmosphere was a delight. The staff were so beautifully turned out and provided excellent advice and support. The photos do not do justice to this wonderful spot.

Hardly anything to complain about. One thing that would be good to handle differently: Towels on beach beds. It was not ok to have to reserve chairs early in the morning and even if people leave the beach/ pool for the day, no one cleans the towels to make clear the bed is free.

Amazing hotel- beyond and above what I expected. Food was fantastic, hotel facilities amazing, staff as well. The hotel is very modern and I can truly recommend.

Closet doors scraped the floor. Dinner buffet bit uninspiring.

Infinite edge main pool was awesome. Large property with room to walk the grounds and spots to relax at waters edge.

I can highly recommend the hotel. The location, the rooms, the massages, the food, the ocean - everything is wonderful. What makes it perfect though is the incredible hospitality and warmth with which the staff serves the guests every day. Here we would like to mention that especially the two employees Elenis and Giannis did a wonderful job. We could relax so well in the hotel that we barely had the desire to discover the rest of the island. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We will definitely come back - in the fall of 2025, see you then!

The gym. We like to get some exercise in to justify all the good food but the gym equipment was very lacking.Surprised for such a great hotel.

It’s not the fault of the hotel, but why do ‘adults’ get up at the crack of dawn to ‘reserve’ sun-beds with towels etc? There were plenty to go around with this sort of childish behaviour.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. It’s one of those places – as you walk in through the front door, you immediately have a sense that you’ve arrived somewhere very special. That feeling is confirmed at reception as the very charming staff are so welcoming and super-efficient. I stayed in an ‘Infinity Room’ which had a balcony with a perfect uninterrupted sea view, across to the nearby islands. The room itself was beautifully designed, well-equipped and incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool, the gardens, the restaurants, the little beach, all of the many sun-beds, the design of the entire hotel… it was just perfect. The buffet breakfast was amazing – all tastes catered for! I loved the daily yoga and fitness training classes in the open-sided pavilion, again with lovely sea views. It’s quite a large hotel but never feels so, such is the lay-out and architecture and the extensive grounds. The walk into nearby Agios Nikolaos was easy, taking about 30 minutes, with many shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. I also enjoyed drives to nearby Sitia and to Plaka for the boat across to Spinalonga Island, the atmospheric one-time leper colony. There’s a lot to see and do in the area, although it was hard to tear myself away from the beautiful hotel. Thank you to all the lovely staff for ensuring I had such an amazing stay. I very much hope to be able to return.

The town, Agyos Nicholaos, was a big deception. The walk is not long, but not nice. Nevertheless, we found great dining options.

Lovely romantic hotel. A small but beautiful beach. Great views from the rooms (zen or infinity) and the pool area. Very good breakfast, with many local products.

I think you could do with a 'rule' (appreciate you don't want to stick up signs) that people can't bag sun-loungers first thing but then not use them until 11am! This happened both days we were there. You could also stick a few more on the grass and that would sort the lounger shortage! This is such a small thing though - I want to point out that we found somewhere relaxing on both days - one beach day, one pool day. I just want justice for the good people who don't snatch the lounge chairs and then go to breakfast/sleep for a few hours. 😎

This property is amazing! The pool is jaw-droppingly stunning, better than the pictures. Trust me. It didn't feel crowded and the whole place was so airy and beautiful. The rooms were stylish and the private pool (Euphoria room) was so indulgent and special. The food served at the restaurant overlooking the private beach was yum - we went there two out of three nights, as was the lunch/breakfast (but much more low key). Everything was just so well thought out and catered for. The staff were excellent.
