Some small developments could be done. There is no cold water all around. Only we can find in the bar. It takes too much time. Hamburger chiefs are too slowly. Generally services are slow in the hotel. Otherwise everything is very good.

All the rooms were really nice (we were in the family suite with private pool and family suite with jacuzzi), service exceptional, we had an issue with the lifeguard on duty, but it was well managed by the manager. Would sure go again and recommend the hotel to our friends.

Waiting time at the bar and the no self service option for drinks at the restaurant. There was always a long waiting time for drinks during meals.

The whole hospitality was exemplary. I am managing hotels in Europe and working in hotel industry for 20 years but I never experienced such a friendly and professional atmosphere anywhere. It is a perfectly managed property A to Z.

Nothing I did not like about the property, the only thing maybe is that it is a little outside of Faliraki so in the heat better to take a taxi or bus if going to town, hard to walk in the heat 😃 Thank you to Nestor that always greeted us with a smile and helped with taxis

The hotel was beautiful and all the facilities excellent. Special thanks to Zoe from reception for her warm welcome and good introduction of the hotel after a long journey❤️ We loved the pool and the private beach, and there was never trouble getting sunbeds. We also loved our boat trip to Symi with pick up from the beach just 10 minutes from hotel, booked through the lovely concierge at Mitsis. The food selection is excellent and the kids especially loved the texmex and creperie with all the lovely desserts, special thanks to Josephine for her excellent service! Our family room was spacious for a family of five and with a big balcony with sunbeds and a private jacuzzi which was so nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing! The room was kept very clean, and the staff were very attentive and always happy to help. We had an excellent time at Mitsis and warmly recommend it.

One aspect of the hotel that wasn't as enjoyable was the size and speed of the elevators. They were quite small and moved at a slow pace, which was inconvenient in some moments. Additionally, I found it disappointing that milkshake options were only available at the beach bar, rather than throughout the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by how the place managed to feel both spacious and cozy at the same time. We even noticed that we logged a lot of steps on our step counter, thanks to the size of the place, which helped offset the calories from all the delicious food. Most importantly, the staff were amazing—especially Tzviela at the beach bar—who was incredibly patient with us and the kids while making milkshakes. Additionally, there were numerous drinking and eating options, offering a wide variety of choices that catered to all tastes. Despite our initial plans to explore the area, we ended up spending most of our time at the hotel, enjoying its abundance of amenities and activities. It was also conveniently close to Rhodes and Faliraki. The nightly shows were entertaining. The only thing I noticed was that the cleaners forgot to backfill with the teaspoons when topping the coffee machine supplies and teaspoons were rarely ever served with the coffee cups at the restaurant. This hotel is not fond of teaspoons for some reason.

The building on its own has a grand feeling to it, the main lobby looks like a temple. The yard is well maintained, the rooms are clean and cleaned often, the pools are also cleaned daily. The restaurants are well organised, plenty of staff, tableware is clean and fashionable. Staff is kind and hospitable. The general level of service in this hotel qualifies for at least a 4 star experience. My wife was pregnant at our stay and she appreciated the fact the pillows on the bed were a hugable size.

The only thing that would make it better here is if there would be staff that would supervise the pool lounge chairs, because a lot of people would come pretty early and put their towels on them and leave without even using the pool/sea until couple of hours later. But that is just a minor inconvenience, the hotel is still amazing.

We enjoyed in our honeymood there, the place is nice and elegant, beach is pretty clean and the food is good. The location is nice, it's easy to catch a bus nearby to go to the town and explore it, the town is pretty interesting as well. They also have the entertainment every night, we loved The Beatles guys the most. Everything was great, we might come back. We only wish that there was a free reservation for Asian restourant to try it as well, but maybe next time. :D

Hair dryer in bathroom not much use. Kids Club is more suited to younger children.

Very friendly staff. The kids' pool was heated. Staff is very helpful with getting beds poolside for families. Standard of food very good. Beach bag and beach towels provided. Beach bar was very welcoming and a good atmosphere. Kids Olympic Games was fun.

All the employees are smiling and very helpful, everything is clean, great location and great value for money. I want to mention the clerk in the lobby, her name is Rania, a lovely girl who always took care of our situation.
