The check-in process was a bit weird and we had to wait for a long time. I now understand that our room just wasn't ready yet, which is ok since we got there before 3pm but it wasn't communicated clearly. When we got the room the wifi didn't work and neither did the tv. We later called the reception and they fixed it, but it seemed they forgot to open it for us, so another part of the check-in which was a bit messy. The food at the main restaurant is ok but not great (full disclosure - didn't have dinner there). Another slightly weird part is that you have to reserve certain beach beds in advance in order to use them. If you didn't reserve it, you can't use it even if it's available.

All included hotel, very friendly staff. Lots of dining options, note you have to make a reservation for the more popular restaurants. Our room was very spacious with lots of small but thoughtful treats, and had an amazing view of the sea. Italian and Greek restaurants were quite good. The other "snack bars" such as the creperie and the Tex Mex place are really cool additions for snacks and desserts. I also liked that the hotel offers entertainment in the evenings.

Spa, jakuzzi, sauna, Heated swimming pool, steam room nothing was available in the package and this is the thing that I would not suggest my family to visit there ever and I would not visit myself either. These are the facilities that make people to relax on holiday and this was the first holiday spot where these things were not included. Food options should have been multi cultural Beach should be sandy instead of stoney House keeping staff was not leaving all the extras in the room for example shaving kit etc

Hotel is beautiful. staff members in Mexican restaurant, Crep restaurant and one of the pizza by beach staff member were lovely. Sorry dont remember their names. Food service was amazing.

The customer service at the hotel was amazing. The roons are big and equipped with everything you need. The food service is wonderful with a lot of options and many times to eat. The extra restaurants are inclusive as well but require reservations that are difficult to get. Also, they have a dress code (no shorts, no vest, no bathing suits, or flip flops). The spa and their staff are amazing and kind, they offer all kinds of services. We had massages and facials. The beach and pools are amazing. There is a kids pool with slides. There is also an area for adults only pool. Towels were a little problem at first, but the kind lifeguard went out of his way to find us some. One recommendation is to have an area to leave pool or beach toys for others to use since we can not take them back with us on the plane. Also, the pool chairs are taken quickly as people tend to go out early and place their towels to save the chairs until they go back out. The location is central to the different sites like Lindos, Old Town Rhodes, and other beaches. The hotel offers car rentals at a decent price. There are shops in the hotel in case you forget anything. The bars come stocked and make very good drinks. Every night there is different entertainment by the night bar.

The Italian dinner could have a better menu.

The staff were fantastic. The welcome was excellent. The food was truly delicious. Exceptionally clean. Tennis was great, included. We tried a yoga class, it was great. The late entertainment is really good. The drinks and bar staff are great. The pool were always clean. The there was no messing. We could have an early breakfast before we left the morning. The room was amazing. Highly recommend the Asian restaurant 👌

It's a small problem, but still. Since there were two TVs in the room, it was disturbing that the TVs were from the same manufacturer and when the children changed the channel, it changed on both TVs.

Really liked food, cleanliness, various catering options, beaches, the theater performances, evening concerts, good bar staff. And one of the biggest surprises and good experiences is after checking out. We could continue to use all the services provided by the hotel (except our room) until we had to leave.

Hotel have good restaurants which you can visit once. Unfortunately most if them were fully booked and we could only visit some. Book your ala carte dinners well in advance!

Great staff, very helpful. Location is pretty good. We got our room upgrade for free and late check out was good as we had a late flight.

The only thing we weren’t prepared for was the number of families with children. Not that we don’t like children, it just was overwhelming at times especially in the main dining room.

The staff was exceptionally personable and friendly. We saw the same waiters for dinner as we had seen for breakfast and soon felt treated like family or friends. That’s a huge difference. We enjoyed the beach and our room was very comfortable.

Amazing hotel, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We traveled with kid that requires Gluten free meals (celiac) and we were happy to find many gluten free options in all restaurants, the Sous Chef Stavros Chimonas we a amazing and made sure that on every meal our kid would have many options to choose from including special gluten free desserts.

I felt the pool just wasn't big enough for everyone, and I don't like the beach as it was stoney / pebbly. I don't think it would put me off again but would love it if they opened up the pools on show!!

We weren’t aware that you had to make reservations for the restaurants when we checked in. (Not the actual dining hall, that’s always open) It should be first come first serve. It was disappointing being turned away on our first night and we ended up going off property to eat dinner. Also having to make the reservations at certain times was annoying. We weren’t always at the hotel for this and when we went to make the reservation we had to wait in line for over 20 minutes. Seems very silly to me. Eventually we got a reservation for one of the few restaurants which was Mexican. It was fabulous! Also the cabanas on the beach you need a reservation for which we didn’t know about.. being an all inclusive hotel these things should just be easy and first come first serve. Seeing an empty cabana for over an hour and not being able to use it was disappointing. The hotel only has A/C in the rooms and in the lobby at the reception desk area. The rest of the hotel doesn’t have. In the restaurants, hallways, stairs… was the number one thing that shocked us.

The hotel is mind blowing! Absolutely stunning inside and out. It’s really something I’ve never seen before. The outside bar and patio is perfection. The beautiful and yummy signature cocktails were such a treat. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. One person specifically stood out for us. SPEEROS our waiter on the beach was the highlight of our stay. He was so attentive and genuine. He served us everyday of our stay and treated us like gold. You would think he was the owner of this hotel. He made us feel at home. He was always smiling and so professional. My husband and I were so grateful for him.

Missing beach bag and robe in my room. Quite a bit noisy in the rooms. They were supposed to be quiet, but I could hear everything from the garden, the corridor and the rooms
