Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFor the price i payed (first time doing all inclusive too) I cannot complain about.anything. food was lovely. Helped myself to coffee and juice throughout my stay. I only ate at the hotel. 2 minutes walk to the beach, swim at night lovely. And shops, etc only a few minutes away too. Conna helped me by phoning 2 nights in a row to get.me a transfer to the airport. BOOK A RETURN TRANSFER FROM AIRPORT AS I FOUND IT IMPOSSIBLE TRYING TO BOOK A SHUTTLE BACK TO AIRPORT.

United KingdomThe rooms need renovation. Not all windows had mosquito screens, so there were many mosquitoes in the room at night. The kitchen in the room isn’t equipped at all, but that’s not really a downside since the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis.
Great location—close to the sea, shops, and cafes, yet the hotel is cozy and quiet. The food is repetitive but occasionally tasty. The hotel operates on an all-inclusive system, with alcohol available. Most of the guests are Polish. The staff is friendly and makes an effort to please guests. The pool was heated

SpainAn exceptional hotel to go with the family, to have a good time, with perfect facilities to have the children having fun in the large grounds surrounded by grass, having fun in the large and clean swimming pool, going to the beach next to you or to see the atmosphere in the village. special mention to the owners and workers of the hotel, incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile with any doubt/problem you may have, therefore I can assure you that we will return without any doubt, because in addition I ate exceptionally well thanks to the great cook that every meal be with the people to know if everything is in order. That said, totally recommended!!

United KingdomFor us the food was not to ours or our children's taste but this is likely just more due to us being used to other things.
Our stay was good as we where caught in the U.K flight issues recently so this was very last minute. The hotel was basic and the room was smaller than we would be used to but was very clean and the staff where very accommodating considering this is a Polish national hotel. For the cost you could not expect more and I appreciate them letting us stay at this difficult time Anyone looking for a cheap break away couldn't really go wrong for the price as long as you are willing to be open minded with other nationalities.
