The accommodation was just a few steps from the pier and many tavernas. We highly recommend this place – the private courtyard parking was also a big plus that we truly appreciated.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was wonderful. Christos is a fantastic host. The rooms were spotlessly clean. We were a whole family with a small child, and this was one of the most beautiful and memorable holidays we’ve ever had. There is a free parking spot right behind the building. The beach is literally 2 minutes in front of you, and there are plenty of great tavernas nearby. We can’t wait to return. This place is still constantly in our thoughts.

All in all it was good. I would strongly recommend to be aware of tropical climate as my daughter was not taking it good so we had to stay in the room. a lot of water, sun cream, not to drink sea water when swimming and not to take ice when taking juice at the restaurants. other than that all good.

I really liked Christos approach and help, definitely nice place to stay.

The bathroom door wouldn't close and it's a bit inconvenient when traveling in a group.

The apartment is very close to the sea, 2 minutes walk. It is a very nice, comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with all the necessary things.

It's very noisy at night, you can't fall asleep from music, screams of vacationers, from cars and motorcycles. You can also hear the neighbors. And the neighbors can hear you.. But in general, it did not spoil the impression.

There were five of us, two adults and three children. The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. Cleaning the apartment, changing towels. The friendly host.

Due to the location of the house, it was a bit noisy as there were bus stops right in front of it.

Christos was a very caring host. Whatever we needed, he took care of it immediately. He also gave usefull tips where to go and what to see in Perea. There is no need to say too much about the location. Since the house is in a very central location, we never used our car, we went everywhere on foot. Everything in the house works exactly as described and was enough to spend a trouble-free holiday.

Loud noises from the street, starting from the very early hours.

Excellent location. Very close and near to the beach and main street with many attractions and beach bars. Private parking with electronic key is a big plus, always can rely on spot. Every day room was cleaned and towels and sheets were changed. Very nice view from the balcony.

Everything, the location is just perfect, literally a stones throw away from the beach, very comfortable, clean and spacious with big balcony’s. The apartment was cleaned daily. Christos is so helpful and professional.

I visited Greece for the first time. Excellent and unforgettable impressions about this magnificent country. Positive emotions began with the hospitality of Chris, the owner of the apartment.
