To be able to get from town you need to go up a hill to get tot he apartment 3 block up, it was very exhausting, after clubbing at night, bc you can’t take the car to town.

I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and bright and comfortable. There was an incredible view at sunset. The location was perfect and close to everything. Morfoula and Vaggelis were so kind, warm and helpful and responded promptly to any queries and requests that I had. I was there for some rest following illness and surgery - I was there for 14 nights and travelling alone, so it really made a world of difference to receive their warmth, and hospitality. Thank you so much Moufoula and Vange.

Very small shower and could use some extra kitchen items but not a major deal. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to the center, lots of restaurants to choose from and a couple of markets within walking distance. The view of the sea and old port are great especially at sunset. Water bottles were provided and even since cookies for Easter.

The steep 5 minutes climb to the hotel is a small price to pay for the great view.

Comfortable bed with double pillows. Powerful shower. Location - 5 minutes walk to Fabrika bus station, 10 minutes walk to excellent butcher shop and grocery shop (uphill). Frigde and 2 burner stove, so we didn't have to eat out in ridiculously overpriced Chora restaurants. Fresh towels every day. Nice view on windmills, sunsets and cruisers.

The location of the apartment is perfect, a few minutes away from the bus station. The room was cleaned every day with new towels placed inside. Mama was super nice and allowed me to put my luggage in the house because I had the evening flight after check-out. The sea view outside the room was also stunning. Thank You Mama.

Although everything was good, if I have to recommend something: change shower curtains with glass walls, to avoid too much water leakage on the floor.

Morfoula’s Studios are well located, absolutely close to the city center. She and her son were kind and available all the time in helping us. They waited for our arrival even if it was late in the night. We had an issue with the A/C, they fixed it the day after. They do room cleaning everyday at 11am. Overall I recommend everybody to stay there.

This place is heaven I stayed at 11 different places but this place is by far the most beautiful. The room is very large,minimal furniture, absolutely Spotless. Now the view is something else. It's also so close to Fabrika but not noisy at all

Location of an apartment is just perfect. You are in centre of Mykonos,but away from crowd and noise at the same time. Fabrika bus station is just 3 min away ,all buses going to famous beaches and airport are there. It is a family business and owner is a lovely person who is treating guests as his own friends. He allowed us to enter apartment 30 min ahead of time,and they were cleaning our apartment every day with new towels placed inside and new mugs and glasses. I felt like we are staying in a proper 5 stars hotel according to service they provide. Definitely recommended. We cannot wait to go back to this lovely Island and stay in same place of course,since everything was perfect. Thank You.

We absolutely loved our stay Mama Morfoula’s! The room was breezy and spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, and the views were incomparable, the most beautiful Greek sunset we had in our trip! We had all the appliances we needed. Our room offered a private bathroom and a beautiful spacious shower, + lovely vanity / sink area with great lighting to get ready. Cutest kitchenette with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch in and enjoy the views. The cleaning team always left fresh towels and took the bins out in every day which we really appreciate as we always came back to a fresh clean room. The little terrace was a wonderful add on to an already great room. The location could not be better, being only 5 walking min away from Fabrika bus station and the famous windmills and Little Venice areas. Mama Morfoula and the team was very welcoming, and we could not recommend this place enough for a lovely Mykonos stay.

1. Hard to find this hotel if use back route from Mykonos bus station. The back route is very steep and you wont be able to see the hotel sign "Morfoula's Apartment". Do use the main road to reach this property. 2. Will get confuse if "Morfoula's Apartment" same property with "Morfoula's Studios" when searching for the property. In fact it is same. 3. No free breakfast 4. Make sure you look for "Mama Morfoula" roon if you reach earlier to get the room key since there is no reception. I would still recommend to stay in this property.

My experience at Morfoula was exceptional. We received a warm welcome, the location was superb (just 5 minutes from the center), and I was able to enjoy stunning sunsets from my terrace. If I were to revisit this island, I would undoubtedly choose to stay at this family-owned establishment again. Mamma Morfoula's kindness and exceptional assistance made our stay even more enjoyable.
