Bed mattress needs to be replaced. And maybe add more shuttle options during day time. A private ride will cost you 50€.

Thanks to all the truly wonderful staff who made our stay so fabulous! Every single staff member was kind, helpful, and warm. The resort is in a fantastic location, just a few steps from the beach, and offers a shuttle service to the old town and back. We loved our room with a direct sea view, and all the facilities in the room were great, they even bought us a free kettle and tea, the only downside to the room is the sleeping quality, unfortunately the bed mattress was in a bad shape, we asked for it to be replaced but the other mattress was just the same broken mattress. Except the mattress issue we loved everything. The room was clean and well maintained and the cleaning staff comes twice a day, which was surprising and nice. Breakfast was amazing, we always came early to make sure to get a table right next to the view. The staff members were lovely! They made sure our baby finds what to eat and well fed, thank you! The reception staff were very very nice and friendly, especially with our baby, at the last day our daughter even hugged them goodbye, and generally all the hotel members were just the best! At the pool bar, doormen, bellboys, cleaning staff thank you all for heartwarming hospitality. Facilities were great too, spa appointments were easy to get, pool is awesome- beautiful infinity pool with exceptional view. The hotel decor is stunning, the location is right near the beach, the hotel offers free beach beds and umbrellas, the beach is clean and beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation.

The room had no drawers! We therefore had to leave 'smalls' including swimwear in the suitcase....not ideal. We were provided with 2 small dressing gowns. OK for me (being small/med) but not for my husband. There is no kettle, although one is available by request. For us, a kettle is an essential requirement. There is no where to dry towels or swimwear? A few hooks wouldn't go amiss or a drying rack on the terrace (we were in a room with a pool). Restaurants were overly inflexible. I asked for an orange juice after the 10.00 a.m. cut off, which was refused. I also asked whether goats cheese could be substituted in the salad for another type of cheese but again this was not deemed possible! The loud drum and bass music plays ALL day and night and I found it intrusive and annoying. Finally, 8-10.30 is early for breakfast, considering the time difference from England (6-8.30) and bearing in mind we are on holiday!

Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, and the pools were superb. Sunbeds were comfy, towels were provided, and the cleaners were excellent. The food was good, and the entire place had an air of sophistication and style. In the room, the air con was highly effective and the water was hot. Dressing gowns were also provided and I thought, all-in-all, it was very good value for money.

The bar man was abnoxious. I really think he doesn't want to be there. Sofia, on the other hand, was really nice and always cheerful. The redheaded receptionist was rather rude, as if ready to fight, you would be scared even to ask a question, i don't recall her name, but she spoke russian. Also, you can not use the sauna or the jacuzzi (which isn't really a jacuzzi (the temperature is similar to the one outside), unless you purchase a treatment, the cheapest is a 20 minute massage for 80€. We were leaving early on the checkout day and asked for breakfast at 6 am. They said they would provide trays at the reception and not a breakfast box to take. The trays had coffee and tea, tons of bread, and nothing to eat it with except some jam. we were not expecting a 5-star breakfast, but this was absolutely disgraceful. A sandwich and some juice would have been better, or at least some fruit.

The pool area and some of the staff there were really nice, especially stathos and his wife. The sushi restaurant was really nice, although expensive. Breakfast was good. My only advice is to invest a bit in the cheese and cold cuts. They are tasetless and of low quality. You can definitely invest there more. The cleaning leady cleans the room twice daily, which is nice. Some days, she would provide bottles of water and other days she would, not sure why, really.

First we booked for the Myconian Imperial but when we got there they put us on the Myconian Villas...nice and modern hotel. Very friendly staff. The room was very nice and clean with a wonderful view. The breakfast was good. it is far from the village but the hotel has a daily bus service already included in the rate, which is good.

The reception didn’t treat us very well. they are not flexible and do not communicate like they are a 5 star hotel. They should be more nice and handle customers with care as we payed great amounts of money for this stay!

This property is so serene and peaceful! The entire hotel is breathtaking and the services are flawless. Location is right on the beach and you have access to private beach umbrellas. The breakfast is delicious and views at breakfast were such a bonus. All the hotel staff were so friendly and professional and the shuttle service into Mykonos town was very convenient given the location of this hotel. I will definitely be coming back to stay at the Mykonian hotel collection during my next trip to Mykonos!
