We were happy with the location, the staff and everything, except that the cigarette smoke coming into the room at the beginning was a bit disturbing. We highly recommend.

I had a quite slow internet. it might be better in different floors or rooms.

for the price it's a very good deal. very simple, but clean, and the room was quite big. room was quiet to the back with absolutly no view. I guess you can have a view in the rooms to the street, but they will be noisy. very friendly staff. It's close to the subway and not far from Omonia.

Fridge is a bit too loud, but should be ok for heavy sleepers. No hair conditioner for the mrs.

The price was great and so was the room. The air conditioning was really welcome. The fridge was a big plus during our time there. The staff was polite and helpful and gave us some great advice on our first day on what to see in the city and how to get there. Both metro and train station are really close to the hotel, so are several shops up the road. It's also close enough to the city centre so you can just walk there like we did the first time to explore.

It’s little bit old hotel but that doesn’t matter if you want to stay in city center.

It’s in a city center very close to metro stations and all the tourist spots are within walking distance. Staff were amazing they helped me a lot. Guided me to the right way for the airport at 3am booked taxi for me. They was amazing.

There is a ton of homeless people on the street not far from the Hotel but if you go from the Hotel on Metro then you won't encounter them. We went to the hotel from center by foot which means we went through these streets and it got a little scary. I read some complaints about bed bugs and cockroaches but we didn't experience any of that. Everything was clean.

The rooms themself are clean, beds are good and you get plenty of towels. The elevator works well and there is always someone at the reception who smiles and answers all questions.

Close to metro system, so travel was easily accessible. Cute coffee bar close by, and good places to eat within walking distance.

The walls were thin, apparently and because of constant noise in the hallway at night I often couldn't sleep. Also, I didn't appreciate one of the receptionists straight up speaking to me in Russian when I clearly stated I didn't speak it.

I did not like the small corner shower in our room,: water pressure was not strong enough to rinse my hair before the water collected and nearly went over...did not drain fast enough while showering.

Obviously the neighborhood, which is the main reason why I would not stay in any hotel around that area in the future.

The location is not family friendly. There is a street full of dangerous people (addicts etc.) just on the back side of the hotel. It is fine if you are couple of friends, but i will NOT recommend for families

Everything was good, except in 4th floor house-keeping room operator was very noisy. From early in the morning someone from there made loud noise, slamming the door...

Very easy access to old town in Athens by walk. Right nex to metrostation. It was easy to arrive the hotel from airport by metro and one train change. My room was clean, good maintained every morning, towels changed. Very friendly reception clerk!

The shower missing curtain - no kettle

The location is great. It is very close to a metro station which is something i look for when booking a hotel. Everything is clean and well maintained. The One thing that disturbed us was : no curtain for the shower .

Doesn't have breakfast or coffee in lobby. I read many complaints before going about too many immigrants? in neighborhood. So what? Also complaints about homeless and drugs nearby. There is an alley with many homeless but not a problem. No hassles.

Location is great if you plan on using the subway 200 meters away. (including coming from airport) Perfect location for hailing cab if you prefer. Staff was wonderful. Room was fine and clean. Hotel surrounded by other hotels in the neighborhood. Price is great.

The property had us turn in our room key each time we left, not sure if this is normal for Greece/Athens. Up the street was also a poorer area with lots of unhoused people, there were people doing drugs and relieving themselves on the street (you can avoid this area by taking the metro instead of walking to the center city).

The property was close to center city. The staff were nice and someone came to clean our room everyday. We came at 1pm and were able to check in right away which was nice and got a room with a big balcony without purchasing one, the balcony had a really good view:).
