I think this property is overselling itself. My mistake that i did not google map it beforehand. It is just outside the boundary of Naoussa (my understanding it was right IN naoussa- so it is 1km or so outside). it also mentions 10 m from beach - a very poor 'beach'. Breakfast very poor. Overall if your not fussy it is fine but when you really look at the property very closely you can see it is not being maintained. one half of the hotel is painted - the other half is not. Around the pool is completely overgrown with weeds. They have a fine strong son there - get him out to weed! The 'bar' you would not go to- its like sitting in someones sitting room (not cheap). Price overall was about one third too much...

Air conditioning worked well... room was clean (needs an updating).... pool was nice

We had a check out time of 12, at 11 we heard a knock on the door. The maid informed us the guests who had our room next had arrived early. 20 minutes later she came back and began to take the sheets of the bed. One of my friends was in the shower and another in just a towel as she cleaned the room. As she was cleaning she threw out the breakfast of two of my friends that had just been made. The hotel is also a good 20 minute walk from naussa. Would not stay again

The not so good: - The hotel is somewhat secluded (Approximately 1km from Naoussa; 15-20 mins walk / 5 mins on the bus). There isn't really anything around the hotel - so you have to make the trip into Naoussa if you want restaurants, bars / cafes and shops. - The hotel describes itself as 'near the beach' - which is a little bit misleading. The sea is directly opposite the hotel - and there is a very small strip of sand, but it isn't really a 'beach' that you could use. However, you can easily get to Kolimpithres on the bus from the hotel (Approximately 5km). - The breakfast isn't very substantial - and is overpriced at €12 per person. Breakfast consists of bread, cheese and cold meat, fruit breakfast cake and filter coffee / tea.

The good: - The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They were extremely helpful (for instance, the owner gave us a lift into Naoussa one evening) - and always on hand to help / offer local tourist advice. - The hotel is a little out of the way - which is perfect if you want to relax and get away from it all

The only thing which is not actually the hotel was the taxi's that they ordered for us seemed to over charge us in comparison with what we had been paying, so perhaps getting a better taxi company to assist their guests

We were welcomed on short notice of less than 3 hours, the owner and his son are fantastic friendly people, who speak English perfectly. You look out over the ocean and in walking distance from town

We should have planned to stay LONGER! Such a lovely visit!

Always friendly hosts who served a great breakfast & had wonderful knowledge of the entire island of Paros! Very helpful arranging car rental, etc. Hotel is spotlessly clean, quiet & a great location just outside of the main town Naoussa and within walking distance. Pool and seas view right in front. Casual atmosphere yet always private.

We received early check-in because of our "Genius" status, but when we arrived we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready. The location isn't really close to anything, it's a good 20 minute walk (in the heat) into the centre of Naoussa. The staff were ok, not the friendliest. It's also not across the road from a beach as it says in the listing, it is across the road from water but no beach.

    The pool was nice.

Along a busy road, therefore quite noisy outside. Mini "beach" on the other side of the noisy busy road - at the pick time of the year, August. A 15 minutes' walk to the town center.

    Nice swimming pool.

Not as beautiful as the description of the hotel wants you to believe.

    • Couple

The hotel description is misleading. There is no REAL beach in front of the hotel, the nearest real beach is about 1km from the hotel. Not worth paying extra for a view 'over the sea', it's next to a very busy road, so not exactly romantic. It's 1.5km from the (touristic) bars and restaurants of naoussa.

Friendly people. Beautiful view over the bay. Small Baracks instead of a real hotel. Clean and nice pool! Bus in front of doorstep. Quiet airco.

Sometimes we had wifi bad connection probably due to fact that we were located at the lastest appartment.

The hotel is extremily in a strategic position for who want to visit the island. Quite close to the center of Naoussa and the beatiful beach of Kolympithres. Swimming pool and relaxing area always clean. The manager always available for any require or help.
