Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom is rather small but well functioning.
We loved the location, quiet and relaxing while it’s few steps away from the beach and 5 mins walk from all the shops and restaurants of the town. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely return!

Everything was fine, the staff was very kind and even told us we have a discount in a local restaurant. The accommodation is near to the beach, perfect for families because it is quiet. Only semi bad thing is the cleaning should be a bit better in the bathroom area.

It was a bit hard to find the place. The room was a bit small for 3 adults. Anyway, we stayed only one night, so it was not a big problem.
The host was very friendly and ready to help for everything. It was close to the beach.

There was a construction in the neighborhood and the workers started very early in the morning. We were awakened by hammer sounds.
Very nice hotel, very helpful staff, 1 minute walking distance from the beach. They have a discount agreement with a restaurant in the town center and that restaurant is also very nice; just make sure to tell the restaurant waiter that you come from the hotel before ordering:)

the toilet was malfunctioning but I think that was just our room. also the wifi was a bit slow but the host said he will be fixing that too. pretty much all good
very nice and quiet. small kitchen was nice though we didn’t even use it because when you stay here you get a 20% discount at a restaraunt nearby that has everything you would ever want (the menu is literally a book) and food is quite affordable. best thing was the host who was really kind and helpful especially when we found out there were no buses on the day we were leaving because it was a religious holiday. he worked really hard to help us get a safe and free ride back to mytilene and offered for us to stay the additional night for free if the ride didn’t work out (it did though)

We had no real problems with the room. It was not that spacious but we had no big luggage so it was not an issue for us.
Nice room, clean and tidy. In great conditions, especially in comparison to other facilities in this region. Friendly and easy-going staff. Good location to go on foot anywhere.

Beds were really hard. If you like being a soldier in basic training you’ll love them. If you are old, overweight, and spoiled you’ll hate them.

We absolutely loved staying at Natasia studios. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. There is a lovely balcony to sit and have coffee and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms have just been renovated and have a calming and serene colour pallete. The owner was so lovely and offered us an upgrade as there were not so many guests at the beginning of the season. Incredibls value for money, absolute banger of a bargain! We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely return soon!

The bathroom is really really small. There is very little equipment in the kitchen.
