There is no lock to the bathroom the and bedroom upstairs is not suitable for anybody higher than 2 meters.

View of sunset and location to travel anywhere in the Santorini was easy. Bus stop to travel Oia or beaches was around half kilometer. Access to cable car was also easy.

Jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned. There was sand in it!

Very romantic and suitable for honeymoon. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I like that it was brought to our room where we could eat on the balcony. Breakfast was probably my favourite part.

The light switches in the room were very confusing.

Everyone was nice, really helpful, they served breakfast every morning, assisted us with taxes and bags and the room was cleanly and they were thoughtful. They had shaving kits, dental kits, shower caps, body wash, shampoo, nail kit, etc. awesome hotel.

Although the entire region is full of stairs owing to its rugged topography, we'd like to provide a small piece of feedback regarding the stairs inside the room and at the entrance of the washroom. For those with mobility issues, it might pose a challenge, you have to be careful using the washroom especially at night with sleepy eyes. I had a metatarsal fracture few months back & encountered some difficulties navigating the steep stairs indoors.

We had an incredible experience at Nefeles Luxury Suites in Santorini! Describing the heavenly views from the rooms feels like an understatement - it's undoubtedly the prime location to stay in Fira! From the initial booking process to the seamless airport pick-up and drop-off, delightful breakfast, and the traditional cave-style room designs, everything exceeded our expectations. A particularly thoughtful touch was the assistance with our luggage, which was carried to and from the cab during check-in and check-out. Despite this, our stay in the Junior suite with an outdoor hot tub was thoroughly enjoyable, even during the winter months! We did encounter a slight hiccup due to a 2-hour power cut on the island during our first day, resulting in the absence of breakfast. The staff, however, went above and beyond by sending someone to our room (which involves navigating a fair amount of stairs from the reception area) to inform us about the situation. Nefeles is truly a hidden gem nestled in the rugged mountainous landscape of Fira, conveniently close to the island's main attractions and the central marketplace. Kudos to the entire staff at Nefeles for contributing to a truly memorable stay!

Fantastic place to go on a romantic holiday. Its located in the middle of everything, but its quite and nice at the hotel througout the day. great ways to shop, eat or go out for drinks all around the hotel in easy walking distances. The hotel is very clean, the staff are exceptional, service-minded and overall very polite. They are aviable 24-7 to give the best service possible. i am especially impressed with the way they are ovservant regarding smal things, they are also adaptable in case you miss anything, informative regarding booked trips etc. the next time we go to Fira, we will definerly go to Nefeless. Thank you for an amazing week!

Location was excellent, near lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was spectacular with amazing views overlooking the caldera. Bed was very comfortable, room was very spacious and clean. Kostas was extremely helpful with all our needs

We were scheduled to be picked up at the ferry station by taxi as prearranged through the hotel and multiple emails providing information requested. It never happened!!! Had to find alternative transportation on your own. Hotel claimed not to have received my email but I provided my sent emails to the contrary. Major disappointment upon arrival!! Once there, all was great.

1) Easy fix is keep coffee cups in the rooms! We had to keep them off of our breakfast tray! 2) Keep small dish soap in room with paper towels. Have kitchen, kettle and fridge but no way to clean. Bought our own. 3) We were there in early Sept. .. Pool on top but not heated. View best from there. Heat the pool when worth it and colder at beginning and end of season.

This is not negative about the hotel but a disclaimer for Santorini: it is a cliff island. That means that no matter where you stay people will be able to see you from above, below, and both sides. This was a surprise for us but that's just how the island is.

The most perfect view of the Santorini sunset with out own private hot tub. The rooms are silent inside and absolutely stunning. The location is perfect with access to hundreds of shops, restaurants, and cafes right outside. The best part for me however was the breakfasts and the staff, a handpicked spread was delivered to our personal balcony every morning by the amazing staff at whatever time we chose by the amazing staff. The front desk helper was at our disposal at all hours, answering questions and even providing us with a map of the island with all of the best locations and how to get there! Could not have chosen a better place to stay.
