Not sure why, but the door by the bridge was locked constantly so couldn’t take the short cut to my room which was a bit annoying, but not a huge problem.

Room was very clean and comfortable and was located very close to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival and overall felt the stay was good value for money and well located for amenities.

Breakfast was good but could do more for British as we don't eat chips and hotdogs and certain things for breakfast. Staff were so nice and helpful place was nice and quiet as they wouldn't tolerate noisey guests. Pool area maintained very well.

Upon arrival, the hotel was "closed". The taxi driver had to call them and let me in. The staff wasn't happy to be waken up. I flew in from London, and my flight was delayed. Not my fault in any case they claim to have a 24hrs service...hence...The guy was ok, the lady a bit rude. In the morning, she was having an unpleasant "smile" when looking at me...As said: ok for one night, but I wouldn't feel comfortable for more

Hotel is far from the airport bus stop, making it inconvenient. Check-out time differed from what was listed on Booking. Hotel is old, so it’s important to check the facilities upon arrival to avoid unexpected repair charges. We were asked to pay for damage that was not shown to us. After paying the fine by card, I noticed that small amounts of around 1 EUR started being withdrawn from my card every day. No drinks service at the pool. Not my first time in Crete, and this hotel was disappointing compared to others I have stayed at.

The fridge was connected to the cuppled power supply, so when the key was not inserted it did not work, which was really stupid because you could not store food in the fridge. Also the staff was weirdly friendly and acted as if they were our step-mothers. One morning the head of the cleaning ladies summoned us into our room to show us were we should not put our stuff according to her, however, there was not really a lot of other possibilities rather than just putting it on the table. In addition one moring a cleaning lady tried to enter our room at about 6 o'clock and we still don't know what she even wanted there.

The location was very nice and the hotel had a nice pool with parsols and everything needed for a chilled pool day.

Fantastic find - staff were very welcoming, pool area was spotless and cleaned every day, never a problem getting a sunbed lovely spacious grounds, room with a pool / garden view, cleaned every day, fresh towels, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities.Great location for restaurants and bars and a nice stroll into Stalis centre.Our visit was great and would highly recommend, we'll definitely be back.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Nice and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy. Greek breakfasts, delicious pies, olives, feta cheese and many others, everyone will find something for themselves.

Perhaps our only gripe would be some people marking sunbeds with towels and not returning at all during the day, happened twice during our stay where the beds were not used at all but unavailable. Maybe a note or removed after a couple of hours.

Location fantastic, nice and quiet. Regular cleaning and friendly staff, always happy and willing to help, receptionist on arrival very helpful, forget her name but lovey lady who worked afternoons to evening. Would definitely come back here, in fact looking to book next year when availability comes out. Great little cocktail bar across the road. Well done Niko Elen. Efharisto

Great localization, near of stores, restaurants and beaches! If you stay here, you can do everything walking and enjoying the city! The pool is great! The staff are so friendly and professional!

Breakfast sometimes felt a bit awkward, was nice when there was some music playing. Very simple buffet. I didn't like very much the cooked variety. I preferred the fresh fruits, (i liked that they put different fruits every day) honey & yoghurt, bread with hams & Cheese and boiled eggs, olives and feta. This was a nice touch.!

Great location to both beach, bars, places to eat and shop. The Hotel, was simplicity at its best. Very friendly staff especially Josephina, always cheerful every morning. Alex very friendly making sure we're all OK in the evening. Elena working very hard. And Meena keeping everything nice and clean. Anastasia was also very helpful. And ofcourse Niko himself, who would sometimes, joins us in dining area for breakfast.
