I adored the house and I want to have more days the next time!!!

Once again everything was great. We loved our stay, everything was wonderful!!! Mr. Nikos and his wife everytime were very friendly and helpful to everyone. Of course we will come again in the new year, we're so happiness, we really felt like home!!!

Everything was perfect i felt like i was in a Greek fairytale. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The shops and beach were walking distance from Nikos studios. I would definitely recommend staying there. Most beautiful place in Zakynthos !

The owner was very friendly and lovely! She was always there to help us if we needed anything! The rooms were all perfectly cleaned and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would have at your own home! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and how well kept the apartment was! A massive well done and thank you to mrs Georgia for being such a wonderful host!!!

First of all the hosts were very very nice, always there to help you and make your stay as nice as possible. I have only words of praise for them. Apartment was clean and maintained regularly, it had all the necessary appliances and other things for a comfortable stay. Location was very quiet and it is quite close to more prettier beaches on the island.

Would have liked bins to be emptied during our stay, we were here for 4days and they weren't emptied at all. I found the bed comfortable enough but my partner said it wasn't as comfy as he would of liked, so personal preference really. Layout of bathroom could be better, shower is quite small and curtain encloses on you whilst showering. Would probably be better to be made into a full wet room.

Simple, but nice room. Great to have a fridge and air conditioner was quiet. For price,very good value for money. Location is good, quiet area, close enough to local beach. Owner is friendly and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants to visit. Requested a first floor room and they met this request. Nice to have a balcony with proper screening for privacy. We went to Mykos and the Windmill, both lovely food.

The place has a very spacy balcony and the host is very friendly. Only 5-10 minutes walk to the nice beach with very good places to eat or drink something. Or rent a boat for a couple of hours :)

The matras was with springs and the cushion too thin. Good for one night but not for much longer

The location is in a quite village under the olives and near the sea. Nikos family is very nice and conforting. Felt so relaxed

The room was not the same as on the pictures, that we booked from. If we would see the real pictures, we wouldnt book it. We booked a cute romantic double room and got a triple room with a horrible iron bunkbed. Not very romantic.

Otherwise no complains, great room, clean, very nice balcony. Very nice and simple breakfast (juice, coffee, toast, fruits and all kind of sweets) was brought to our room every morning by a very nice owner Lady.

The bathroom had a really small shower cabin, with curtain. You have to be really fit to fit in it 😊. Otherwise, everything was great.

Georgia, the hostess was absolutely great. She is very attentive and she made sure we had the best stay. The breakfast was excellent and huge (for our standards). She helped us with any information and with some small requests we had. The place was very clean and the area is very quiet. Our room had a nice balcony where we took the breakfast every morning.

I think the only think to improve is the wifi connection in the apartment because it was available only in the entrance/kitchen.

The apartment is cozy and well equipped. The position is strategic to reach every interesting point on the island and also super close to the beach and to the basic services in town. The owners are lovely people, always available to help.
