Friendly and helpful family . Perfect location and we asked for a sea view if possible and it was marvelous. Great value for money especially for the short 3 night break we wanted in Kos town while we were staying in kefalos. The room was really dirty, i wish i had brought some slippers as everytime i would have a shower the floor would make my feet black! The room was cleaned every other day but she didnt clean the one thing that needed to be cleaned or mopped which was the floor. There was also no hairdryer and i didnt bring one with me so that was slightly upsetting. I also found a silver fish in the shower.

I loved the staff members, the location of the apartment and the fact there was a corner shop directly down below which was handy when needing drinks or toiletries. I would stay here every single time as long as they got a better cleaner as I love the lady that worked there!

No issue for my stay, but it is by a road with attractions so might not be suitable for a light sleeper before midnight.

Due to flight delays and missing connecting ferry managed to book this accommodation last minute on the day for one night. Really good price, very clean and a good location. Air con worked great and water was hot. There is a shop attached which has everything you could need, with restaurants and bars very close by or alternatively you can walk to the main port (10mins max). The host was very friendly and helpful even though we didn’t arrive until 11pm. As it was only an overnight visit we didn’t use the kitchen facilities but they seemed functional.

The facility is older, you cannot really count on the "kitchen" but considering the price it is still a very good value for money.

We got the family room on the top floor and the view is perfect, you overlook the beach, you see the port, nice terrace to enjoy your coffee or meal. The beach is very close, you can use sunbeds for consumption. The owners are very nice and helpful, the rooms were cleaned. The location is perfect- close to the beach, a few minutes to the port, a lot of shops and restaurants around.

Owned by a family that where very friendly and always willing to help. Just one street away from the beach. Nearby restaurants but location not too noisy (if you sleep with closed windows and with the airco on) Fresh and generous breakfast every morning, we always had too much to finish.

Location is excellent. Close to harbor and right in Kos town. Family who owns it is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed sitting on outside balcony. Downstairs shop was very convenient for buying water, etc.

Grandma was extremely rude. Booked a room for 7 people and only 4 people were allowed in. We weren’t even allowed to drop off some of our backpacks which forced us to carry them all day. Grandma was also the chief officer of the island waiting for us to arrive back to the rooms in the early hours of the morning to ensure no more than 4 slept in the room even though the room slept 7.

A beautiful room in one of the main streets in Kos town , organized by a friendly lady that speaks perfectly English and knows the island if you have any questions anytime of the day. I had a nice clean bed and shower. Just a few steps walking from the beach front. Downstairs at small reception is a very convenient little shop if you need to buy some fruit or water or other little things, open until late evening . Very handy. I felt much at home here and enjoyed it a lot to stay. A great choice !
