The only thing is that our room was in the basement area, so it was pretty cold and dark there, however air conditioning saved the situation.

The hotel is great! Clean, has all the needed equipments, even I hidden kitchen! Breakfast is an option for only 7€/person. Two great pools available. And the owner is super friendly and nice!

I can't think of a single negative

Very warm welcome, immaculately cleaning stylish. Beautifully set out reception, great room with superb shower and the very best and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Amazingly fast WiFi too

No coffee provided! Also dishes in cabinet were dirty.

Nice spacious rooms with kitchenette, coffee maker, fridge, dishes. Great breakfast included. Short walk to beach or 2 mile walk along promenade to old town and harbor.

There was nothing I didn't like about the Omiros hotel.

Hotel Ormiros was lovely. The room was very spacious and well equipped, with large comfortable beds. The decor and presentation throughout the hotel was exceptional. Most of all, the staff were amazing, polite, friendly and courteous and went the extra mile to make our stay as nice as possible. Our stay was great value for money and would certainly stay again when next in Crete.

The location and access to the place is a little bit hard especially during the night.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations!! The room was very clean and exactly like shown in the pictures! We also used the jacuzzi on the terrace, which was also a perfect experience. We will certainly visit it again!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Gorgeous room, comfortable bed, the pools are a delight, breakfast is gorgeous, the staff are wonderful, the free beach loungers are excellent. Wonderful all round!

A few suggestions for improvement: the water in the shower wasn't draining properly resulting in the water to be accumulated. Also, there were two beds connected in the middle and the connector could have been of better quality to ensure no difference in the two beds are noted. The hotel was a bit crowded so the one pool with the sunbeds wasn't enough for all of us, however the second pool is very beautiful and there are extra sunbeds on the roof.

The room was big enough and comfortable, the mattresses were comfortable, a full body mirror, hairdryer and iron/ironing board were in the room available. Noise insulation was sufficient and the rooms were very quiet. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The pools although small they were two and nice for the warm days. Only a few minutes walking from the beach with free sunbeds. Additionally, beach towels were provided by the hotel. Most importantly the staff was very friendly and kind.

The hotel staff is really great, everyone here is always smiling. The environment of the hotel is great and I really appreciate the possibility to use the sunbeds and umbrellas at the partner hotel (150 meters away). It was not our first time in the hotel, but this time we were not so satisfied with the room. This is our fault though, we should have chosen the same room type as last time. :) The room was clean, well equipped. We didn't like the pillows and the large shared blanket on the bed. The mattresses were comfortable though. The breakfasts were quite good but the time stated was until 11:00, however by 10:00 most of the food had been eaten, the drinks were missing and not refilled. When we were here during the pandemic and the food was served, it was better.
