Good apartments in a quiet spot and it's good value for money. Nice quiet pool and the rooms are very clean and have good facilities. Transfers from the port or airport are available and the owners are friendly people.

Be aware that checkout time is actually 11:00 rather than the 12:00 advertised on booking.com

It is our second time to stay in Orama apartments. Ioanna is amazing person. She is very helpful with any request or question. Great studio and very clean. Nice location, only 5 minutes from beach, shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend to stay here.

Our stay was great!!! Both Ioanna and her brother Nikos were fabulous host. They went the extra mile to make our stay even wonderful! They facilitate your pick up at the port, laundry, car rental, cleaning…. The rooms are very clean and the entire stay was a 10! They are always available and make your vacation unforgetable. We hope to go back next year. Thanks so much Ioanna and Nikos!

Everything was wonderful. Nothing to comment here. Location was great and our stay was wonderful. Rooms were super clean as well.

The only things I liked were the free transfer service from the port and the warm temperature of the pool water.

We booked a room for 4 people, but the extra bed provided was extremely uncomfortable and too small. The room itself was cramped and poorly maintained. The actual distance to the beach is around 1 km — definitely not the 500 meters advertised — and the walk is along a busy main road with constant traffic and buses. All the furniture is old. We booked this place thinking it had a fully equipped kitchen, but it was far from that. The bathroom and room feel more like a guesthouse than a 4-star hotel. The shower, toilet, and sink are squeezed into a tiny 1 m² space, and the water temperature constantly fluctuates between scalding hot and freezing cold. Without a car, it’s very difficult to get anywhere. Shops, restaurants, and the beach are all far, and the property is located in the middle of a village. The pool is small despite the warm water. I genuinely don’t understand how this property is rated as 4 stars — this was a very disappointing experience and our holiday was ruined.

    Property response:

Hello and thanks for your comment. We are very sorry for your bad experience. Orama team is always working to make guest's experiences as good as possible and we are trying to provide them with whatever meets their needs during the whole stay. Thus, we are very sorry that our apartments did not seem to please your needs, however, please do not make reality appear as something it is not; something proven also by the anonimity of your comment. During your stay at the apartments, we tried to fix any uprisen problems and after failing to do so with some of them, we tried to make it up to you. Yes, it is in fact true that there was an issue with the water in your room during your stay, but as we told you, we were trying to contact technicians who could not come because they were all booked for those days. We are fr sorry that we could not fix that soon but we did provide you clothes washing and transfer for free, as you said in your own comment (services that normally come with a cost). Additionally, you had booked a 4 person appartment, which we did give to you (one double and two single beds). There was no additional bed added to the room so we cannot understand the point of your comment. Also, the apartments provide a mini kitchenette in each room, as mentioned during our booking approval message, with the necessary kitchen equipment. If something is not contained in the equipment, we are more than glad to give it to you-once asked. Lastly, it seems like youve confused our appartments for another place, since it states nowhere that we are a hotel or that we are a four star one. Thanks a lot for commenting your issues with our property but please next time do not spread misinformation since it is not going to help anyone. Best regards, Orama team

We absolutely loved our time at Orama! The location couldn’t be better—tucked right in the heart of Fira, it made exploring shops, restaurants, and the local bus station effortless. Many guests echo this sentiment, rating the location superbly high and noting how close everything is—sometimes just a few minutes on foot The hosts were another highlight—incredibly friendly, warm, and always eager to help. We felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Other travelers frequently praise the exceptional service and helpful staff at this hotel The swimming pool was stunning—bright, well-maintained, and beautifully inviting. It wasn’t just the ambiance; reviewers consistently highlight the immaculate upkeep and lovely setting of the pool area I'd highly recommend Orama for anyone visiting Fira

if you enjoy self-catering or prefer taking meals in, it’s helpful to know that ovens or microwaves aren’t provided in the rooms—only a refrigerator and kettle are available. After a few days of takeaways, we found ourselves wishing for something to reheat food more easily. Overall, our stay was memorable and comfortable. I’d highly recommend Orama to anyone visiting Fira—just keep in mind that if you’d like to cook or reheat meals, you may need to plan accordingly

About 5-10 minute walk into Agia Anna which had everything you needed for a day or night out. Good location to explore the rest of the island. They had cars that could be hired out for a reasonable price. Very welcoming hosts. Pool was lovely to cool off in after exploring the island.

I did not realize I had booked a basement room. I was a little disappointed. They saw this and moved me to a room with a view on the top floor for most of my stay. I was expecting to be moved to the basement room for my last night, but they surprised me by giving me a 1st floor room instead. Very nice, accommodating management and staff. Location is okay. I didn't have a car so had to hike 10-15 min each way to get to bus.

A spacious, well equipped, clean room overlooking the sea, very helpful staff( especially Nikolas, who taxied me to and from the ferry port, thank you) a great location 10 mins walk to the beach/ shops. They have a lovely swimming pool but as the beach is not far a swim in the warm sea started each day for me. I Would highly recommend this place if you are staying in Naxos.

The apartment was located a 10 minute walk from Agia Anna beach and restaurants. The room had everything available and was cleaned everyday. The area was lovely and the sunsets amazing. The pool was nice for an afternoon dip. The owners picked us up and dropped us back to the port for a small charge. We also rented a car from them for two days without any issues. It was a quiet building. Agia Anna and the neighbouring villages are lovely and within walking distance. We loved Naxos.

The room was dated and basic. The toilet stopped working one evening and the shower ran hot and cold. The Wi-Fi was temperamental. To get to the beach you have to walk down a busy main road which we had no issues with but when it’s dark you have to be extremely cautious.

The part I liked the most from this apartment was leaving it 2 x days early because it’s horrible.

Air con doesn’t work. Owner fixed on second day after kicking us out for 3 hours to repair. The owners walk straight into the room without knocking. They don’t speak well. The bed was broken and on a slant, incredibly uncomfortable. The pillows are lumpy & stained. The unit smelt like mould. The shower changes temperature from ice cold to scolding hot with no pressure. You can’t cook in the apartment, it has a random selection of mismatched cups and plates. And 2 x forks, one spoon. The plates were filthy. The whole place needs a full overhaul. We left 2 days early as we couldn’t handle it any longer. DO NOT STAY.
