The view from the room is just like the pictures. A magnificent view when you wake up. A postcard view. I didn't use the pool because I prefer the sea. A big thank you to Dimitriis who is a wonderful and very kind host.

The main road under the apartments makes the access to the beach by foot more difficult and the parking situation is a bit challenging when it’s busy, as there is another hotel with a restaurant next door.

The view was amazing and the apartment management was very accommodating and friendly, with great suggestions for the area. Also, they offer some breakfast, lunch and drink options if you plan to stay in or around the pool. Quick access to Agios Nikolaos too.

The bad: The apartment felt new, but the bathroom... Shower head was extremely small and without any support (water went all over the place and without any way to adjust). Bathroom door was very squeaky. As mentioned by other guests, drive up to parking lot is for experienced drivers, it's like a taste of driving in local villages within Greece (specially when leaving, it's a U turn on a hill).Greece

The amazing: Dmitri is an amazing host, made us feel right at home! The view with the pool is also top notch! The good: Felt like the apartments had been recently renovated, the structure was relatively new and tidy.

The facilities are a bit dated but fair.

Great host, amazing views, close to the city and to some very nice beaches. It’s on the side of the road, so you might need to travel a bit for taking advantage of the surroundings.

Nothing negative to say - the parking could be little tricky as the complex is located at the top of a hill. However, there are enough spots outside of the place and at the beginning of the hill. Everything else was great!

The complex is well located about 10' drive from Agios Nikolaos town and from the famous Voulisma beach. Our apartment was on the ground floor, in front of the pool. The view was great and we could enjoy the pool whenever we wanted. The room was cosy and clean. Dimitris was an excellent host. He welcomed us and also pointed out all the great and hidden places of the area. He helped with anything we needed. He also prepares the breakfast snacks from the menu which are worth trying (the cretan omelete and tahin bread were excellent). Overall, we were really happy with the place and overall hospitality. We would definitely come back!

Lack of an arrival care package and a few minor items

Everything about this place is perfect! A fantastic host, brought us local specialities, made me the most tasty freshly squeezed orange juice. I enjoyed spending the evening looking at the sea just below the apartment. Would definitely come back again.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. The views are gorgeous, the location is great for exploring the area, we really enjoyed having the swimming pool, and Dimitris is the most wonderful host who gave us detailed tips and showed us how excellent hospitality can be! Felt sad to leave. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and quiet stay with wonderful view on the sea, mountains and the town of Agios Nikolaos. Good starting point to begin your discovery of the southern part of the island. Cute little beach is nearby and reachable by foot also. The owner, Dimitris, is a great host and the friendliest owner you could hope to meet. He provided plentiful advises for nice restaurants and activities based on our interests and agenda. Getting to the apartement and the parking could be little tricky if you are not used with narrow mountain streets ;)

Location was perfect, 10min by car from voulisma beach and from agios nikolaos. Apartment was great. However, the highlight was Dimitrios. He was an example of Greek hospitality.

Dimitris was the ultimate host and gave us a great overview of the area as well as some recommended beaches and restaurants. The restaurants were his personal favourites in small villages within 25 minutes. The food was awesome. The view from the apartment was fantastic. Could not have had a better place and time.
