This absolutely should not have happened without knocking first. It’s also great to know that our team was helpful, and that you were pleased with the cleanliness of our premises, your room, and especially the quality and value of our food and beverages. We truly appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the bathroom layout and the toilet seat issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will ensure our maintenance team checks and addresses this promptly. We always encourage guests to report any issues during their stay so we can resolve them quickly. Regarding the traffic noise, we recognize that our location on a main road can sometimes bring a level of sound unfamiliar to those coming from quieter environments.
